      Thanks man. I didn’t expect this kinda comment at all. I’ll add some explanations in next video. But don’t take it seriously bro. I’m not a pro bodybuilder but just a normal guy doing bodybuilding as a hobby so my explanation can be wrong sometimes 🥺 btw do you think i should make English subtitles?

      일권은 지점마다 다른데 2천엔~2천5백엔 정도 입니다!

    여친님 인클라인할때 각을 좀 더 낮춰서하심이 ㅎ 흉추가동성이 남자분보다 덜나와서 프레스각이 앞으로 많이 나가네여~
    영상 잘 보고있습니다~
    다시보니 거상자체가 좀 약하신거 같기도..화이팅
