      A: doctors think they're god and surgeons know they are.
      A lot of attorneys have egos even bigger than doctors imo.. and some are humble and you'd never know their profession.
      Either way, I want the doctor/lawyer/surgeon who is the absolute best/ #1 in their field... and that usually comes with a giant ego- rightfully so... idgaf how big their ego is and how cocky and/or unlikeable they are. I'll deal with that to get the absolute best.

I’ve seen so many specialists and unfortunately, the vast majority of the over 30 that I’ve seen were arrogant, dismissive and won’t lower themselves to answer our questions. It’s even worse if they can’t snap their fingers and get a diagnosis, or even speak to you at all if they’re wrong about their diagnosis. If you’re a doctor, or lawyer be kind to your clients/patients.

    I wish Girardi was able to be streamed, but given that it won't be, I don't think it would be worthwhile to have daily court coverage. It's a shame though. When a lawyer harms the profession the way he has, everyone should see the results.

  • @crimetimeAU
    @crimetimeAU หลายเดือนก่อน

    Question ❓
    Not particularly for this case just a general question - if a defendant is acquitted or found not guilty that doesn't mean innocent but if a defendant knows they are 100% innocent how do they get the court to recognise they are innocent and what are the steps that need to be taken?
    Is innocent an exoneration or what is it called?

    Can somebody explain the immense hate for Bev? I agree she has a rough tone, but she’s been pretty fair and consistent. Every time she reprimanded the defense, the defense deserved to be reprimanded. They made multiple inappropriate comments throughout the trial (they knew what they were doing). So if that’s the only reason, it’s not a good one.
    I also agree that things seemed fishy at the end of the trial, but the instructions she gave were the typical instructions in Mass that both sides agreed on.
    With the amount of hate and personal attacks I see online about her and everybody else, I completely understand why the jurors are terrified for their names to come out. It’s just not necessary.

    • @MS-dz8ww
      @MS-dz8ww หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Johnny-ci8mw I'm on rewatch, but I think a big part of it came from pretrial. She was kinda brutal to the defense. I expected her to be less fair throughout the trial, but I thought she was for the most part a lot better. Seeing so much hate coming from so many, it's 😢
