Drill Press Trick: Drilling Aligned, 90-Degree Holes on Wooden Rods

Drilling aligned holes on a wooden rod, and ensuring that the mating holes are at a perfect 90 degrees, is an easy task with this drill press hack. Suppose these wooden rods are the legs of a stool or chair. The task is to correctly drill the holes for the horizontal rubgs. In this video, I'm just testing how it works by improvising a simple woodworking jig to hold the rod. The idea is to make one a little bigger to create a simple stool.

Für gängige Durchmesser ist es wohl einfacher und zeitsparender, wenn man eine Papierschablone, oder flexible Plastikfolienstreifen mit zwei kleinen Löcher, die um die Rundung angelegt werden verwendet zum Anzeichnen.
