I am surprised you only notice on the second time that the titanoa boa came out with less health it happened both times and takes the health of its first stage in the evolution for instance you can have a lvl 10 boa and he will have lvl 1 hp and if he is lvl 40 he will come out with lvl 31 hp and lvl 30 will come out with lvl 21 hp and lvl 20 will come out with lvl 11 hp this is what the glitch is doing to the hp which I noticed from and confirmed from both of your battles with the boa I hope this solves the confusion and helps you out
that titanoboa graphic is great but one epic mistake they dont have 2 large fangs in the front like a cobra they almost have even sized teeth like a python

That's a new glitch. If you evolve a creature and then put it in battle just after its evolution, then it will automatically get damaged a little. It happened to me when I evolved Euoplocephalus to level 30 and put it in as my second dinosaur and BOOM ! its health is gone when he came in. I almost lost there. So here is a tip I'd like to share with you. Battle with other dinosaurs but not the one you just evolved. In second battle fight with it. It works out for me, so I hope it will work for you too😊
The titanboa's skin that you just evolve with another one is the best way to camouflage at a jungle to catch its prey.
