Can't believe you didn't suggest Butch McGuire's lol--it's the quintessential Chicago Christmas bar. Those pop-up bars are for frat bros/Instagram. I'd swap out the Wrigley Christkindlmarket for the original one in Daley Plaza. Wrigley one is small. I'd recommend Brown Line up to Zoo Lights, then Happy Camper (since it's close) then nightcap walk over to Butch McGuire's then Red Line home.
