Hopefully one day we can get natural rub routes that automatically avoid each other. Can’t count how many picks I’ve throw because my drags run into each other.
@ sure I can do that but why do I have to? This has been a legacy issue since like Madden 16. It’s like trying to run an out and slant combo in a tight formation. If the defense is in man press the defenders don’t even run into each other. Things should just be in the game because it makes sense from a football perspective.
Tip for the Weekend warriors: don’t abandon the Run. 2nd: take cross routes 5-15 yards .. 3rd: if check downs aren’t there , Look for the 1v1 shot down the field with your best WR .. 4th RUN THE DAMN BALL !
I usually sit in a gun doubles type Formation so I can have a te able to block any blitz but still be able to run good route combos. I usually have one side that attacks cover 1/3 and one side that attacks cover 2/4. Post snap I see the safeties alignment then make my reads from there.
These are good tips for beginner players for sure, but having to rely heavily on Hot routes and audibles doesnt work well when you on the road against big schools. There are a few plays that will work pretty much everytime, but i personally avoid those plays bc its boring to exploit a glitch.
I like to run mesh concepts against big schools on the road. Running them stock can be effective if you build a little momentum you can hot route build a little more the crowd is in the palm of your hands. I got a friend who runs wishbone against big schools I just can't get beyond the old style of read option where you didn't hit a to take it with the QB from NCAA 14 that shit is engrained in my mind. When I wanna keep I hand it off by accident constantly. 😅
@andrewstar21 yeah I hate that they added that but I get it too. I'm not big on options and RPOs tho bc they OP. It's sad they can't figure out or didn't try to figure out a balance system for certain things. Like CPU run out routes or in routes the whole game and get open everytime even if you shift your secondary to guard it correctly. I have no interest in 26 unless they drop the Frostbite system
@@andrewstar21I’m the opposite, I couldn’t ever get used to the old way. The new way seems a lot more intuitive to me. My brain says the qb pulling is more active and therefore as the player I should perform the action and hit the button. Handing it off, the rb is now the active one, and the qb less active. If that makes sense.
Dude I learn so much from your videos. I’ve went from a noob to someone who can actually play decent against good players. You should have way more subs!
love the content. but quick ? do they let you know if you have unopened packs ? I think i skipped over a reward in challenges. thinking it was just another playbook
Usually, your vertical routes (streak/fade/post/etc) are "alerts." Which means, you look pre-snap (and immediately post-snap) to see if you have a favorable 1-on-1 matchup. If you have a stud RB on that rail on the first play, and he is covered by a LB in man coverage, you throw that. If it doesn't look like man, or you don't like the matchup, you disregard the route like he does.
Selfish video/content request: Audible play strategy for Offensive and defense, i.e., What are some must-have plays/route scheme and defensive coverages to have in your audibles? Must-have offensive plays or schemes, whether audible or not, to have when in the red zone or late game when you need a touchdown. Keep up the excellent work!!
Pass leading is a broken concept how you pass lead with the ball in the air instead of leading it before the ball is thrown ball trajectory shouldnt change while it in the air it makes no sense so the ball changes direction while in air is not realistic
@@dannydrp1948 that’s not how pass leading works. You have to hold the left stick while you’re in the throw animation. Once you release the ball, the trajectory is set. Idk where you got that the ball changes trajectory mid air.
I play offline dynasty with a scrambler qb who doesn’t read who is blitzing etc etc. honestly I throw most of my picks because it seems as though I only have a second or two before I get sacked 😂
Sometimes nobody is open right off the line of scrimmage I dont like the audibles either still plays right into their defence but if set a couple different hot routes on my outside guys someones usually open. I think its a problem with the ai being smarter than the user now. Lol. also run the damn ball.
yup this only really works on levels below Heisman. On Heisman the CPU knows your routes and run to where they're going instead of playing the man. Certain route looks open then 3 defenders there all of a sudden, or when u do get open, CPU immediately beats your OLine and you get sacked
don’t keep calling the same plays over and over, don’t just focus on cover 3 bombs. Create a scheme and RUN THE BALL. I’ve only won one gauntlet I’m not the best but that’s what I focus on. 93 ovr nms team
Thank you civil, my current play style is Brett Favre but I would prefer it to be more like Tom Brady.

Just make one a slan, it does the same thing if you're trying to expose the lurk

Worst part of NCAA the WR don't break in on routes, always get undercut by defenders! In Madden always could rely on WR coming to the ball

Healthy tip is not to abandon the run as well guys
Eyeing both safeties has helped me read thru progressions lately

i just have bad decision makers at QB🙄
I play like Riley Leonard on his off days sometimes, so this is awesome.
Great video. Can you explain how you changed the depth of that slant route?
y, pick a receiver, hold LB, left stick up or down to move the route up or down.
@Cheez442-z2k thanks
civil is the man!!!!!
Thank you 👍

Helps also if you go back and look at your interceptions in the replays
When you say pass leading, are you saying free-form or not using free-form
Saving me from wear n tear with that, slide down while your in the pocket tip

Is that a Wekiva Mustangs flag?
Anybody notice the team used 1:53
Texas?

I am such a timing passer a lot of times i can feel where i need to go early in the snap. I mostly use the short to deep progression system.

I'm on 14 reticle speed but I guess I can try to lower it???
If it works, don’t mess w it!

Sometimes u will lineup and see the slot is wide open
Congratulations, you deserve it…
thank you!
Bro I ALWAYS throw interceptions!!! Like the computer cheats!!

This is incorrect! You can absolutely pass well against heisman
Definitely didn’t know you could give yourself up behind the line of scrimmage

I call int Stevie’s bc half off yall related to Stevie wonder
I thought it was just me...😂
Dude this game is garbage; Ive had 99 speed Tyreek open running full stride and some 93 speed DB leaves his route and catches the ball
half my pics are due to random reds and yellows 🤷♂️
All of my time is spent on stopping meta plays that people spam online haha
My guy said B and it completely melted my 🧠 because i play on ps5 😂 had to think about it for a second lol.
