If I may share: outside of perhaps illness or certain levels of stress what we eat will typically dictate whether we gain or lose weight not quite working-out (I’ll offer this example: 1 donut can be 400 calories - 1 hour of moderate exercising can burn 300-600 calories depending on a few factors) In addition, eating sugars (breads (1 slice of regular bread can be carbs, wine, honey, even too much fruits (eating berries tend to be better) and *vegetable or seed oils* can make it more difficult for the body to maintain homeostasis (the sugar and the seed/vegetable oils can create a sort of biological/internal stress on the cells) It’s not an easy process adjusting food intake but it can make a huge impact. Weight training tend to be beneficial as well. Eating new foods can take some physiological getting used to also. Welp 🙈 I share this with respect and will answer questions if I can.
