Good advice, thank you. Yeah Spotify is great for consumers but crap for artists. I'm an independent artist just now starting to put out music consistently, but I've looked into it all in-depth in the past, and I'll be sticking purely with TH-cam and Bandcamp.

I'm a musician. How do I create my own monetized music streaming app for my music? I already made a free media player app with AppsGeyser. There is no point paying music distributors to place my music on streaming services, only to get back a fraction of a penny per stream. I'd rather stream my music on my own app for pennies. No middle men stealing from me. Anyone knows how, please message me.

I'm a musician & artist too, did you find out any info to answer your question?

@@RadiantJasmin AppsGeyser cannot monetize music streaming, neither can Ko-fi, and neither can RSS feeds. What's more, Spotify just announced they are only paying royalties to artists who have at least 1000 streams per month. We musicians are getting screwed once again. I don't know what the future prospect is for musicians.
