Basically the same card same vram the only difference is that one card has newer 20 series tuning architecture but the other has older pascal architecture also that one is on 16 nm while the other is on 12 nm. The more prominent title would be to see the difference between the laptop and desktop gpu.
Yeh true and that's why it's a double title, the main purpose of this video is to show the performance difference in the gpus but also a laptop going against a PC in gaming. As we all know PC has better cooling and the ability to reach higher speeds but as many gamers are curious to know just how big the difference is this, this video shows you the fps, temps and other stats in a gaming benchmark like this to help people decide on what type of gpu they'd want if they're on a low budget or in general to know what the performance is like before buying

@@Zahard430 yeh the cpu is different, laptop only has 4 cores compared to 6 on pc but both came out in 2017. The main purpose of the video is focused on the gpu and how they perform
@@leexy3395 GDDR6 and yeh haha i7 is a hot boii because laptop only has 1 blower fan and i7 has a integrated graphics as well (Intel HD 630) so that's causing extra heat Plus when i recorded this it was on a warm night with room temp at like 24.3°
@@jlmpc8733 yup that 8gb is absolutely tanking it haha this tester pc will eventually get upgraded but the reason it was tested like this was to even out the test more since laptops are mostly capped to lower speeds due to higher temps it makes the test slightly fair on the laptop. Also Fortnite is mostly a GPU type of game while the CPU does some tasks like physics and keeping a track of players. The graphics falls more on the GPU
@@jlmpc8733 also that tester pc is the most budget pc ever, so the 8gb of ram is to show everyone looking for a budget system or looking to build one that even a single stick of 8gb ram will still run fortnite in 2024 and that's what results the minimum 8gb ram requirement will give you

@@FPS-ON idk if its fair for the laptop. its like 150$ pc vs 400$ laptop. And 16gb of ddr4 is like 15$, so idk. you definetly not testing the 1650
