You literally couldn’t walk down that strip back in the day, it’s a sad reality.
I worked there as a rep in the 90's. I forget most of the bar names but I remember bars like Fantasy Island, Jammin, car wash, underground..... I worked for a tiny bar called The Horseshoe... it was on a side street off the main strip. On one of the underground flyers it said good girls go to heaven bad girls go to the underground 😂😂😂

Considering it’s mid June that is absolutely dead. It looks like the authorities have finally killed it off. I lived there so I say that with some knowledge of the place
its changed a lot since the 1990s now its just one big sausage fest great content mate thank you
Thanks kevin, that brought back some good memories, Manos back in the 80's where the ducks were trained to go up the girls skirts when the whistle was blown, that place was always rammed, great fun was had by all (Nearly all)

The place has died go back to late 90s early 00s that road was rammed from car wash to the plaza bar … never be the same 😢

Been to both Benidorm is much better in my opinion and has something for everyone.But I am older!

It looks absolutely dead.
Been to a couple of silent discos and they're a brilliant idea. You usually only get them in areas where noise wouldn't be acceptable but where I was you had three DJs playing over the dance floor (and a different light colour showing on the headphones for each one) with one playing pop and dance, one playing mostly black music, and one playing rock (yes), and you could then tap a button on the phones and change DJs (the music) if you didn't like a song that was playing (or if you saw everyone else going mad to something on a different displayed colour than the one you were on). It seemed a bit odd to begin with, but once the headphones are on and music is blasting it's just like being on any dancefloor and you forget that once you take the headphones off it's silent. It's definitely a lot of fun and great for having an option to change the music thats playing.

I was last there about 15 years ago and it was alot crazier and busier than that, it still looks near enough the same just changed names of a few places. Youth of today are lightweights compared to how it used to be haha

@winstrolchurchill821 I feel much the same way about Veronica's in Tenerife. Had some wonderful times there in my youth. These days I have to make do with watching old episodes of 'Club Reps'!!
Get to Benidorm, and somewhere like the Western Saloon, I can assure you that you'll feel right at home, we did.

main issue was prices the whole resort to us didn't seem to be aimed at British the way it used to be

Video soon talking about it but I just use trip advisor filter prices low to high then double check using Google hotel name
i have done loads of spain but this resort done my head in i went to airport one week early, and i almost bought night club in alcudia a coupe of weeks later

Well Hello Dominator, I take it that you're not irish ,Caoimhin is irish for Kevin and our wee kev who I have met and had a drink with knows I call him this as he has irish family background and as he supports liverpool and there 2nd choice keeper is Caoimhin kelleher so that's why I call him that ,sorry if you thought I couldn't spell Kevin and thanks for the chuckle

Silent disco is kind of pointless, you want that heavy bass rumbling through the speakers and the hi hats snapping away in your ears, hands in the air euphoric moments!
