1st Step : Colgate mint toothpaste
Apply on lips and rub it with old brush then wash
2nd Step: Lip balm
To make : 1tbsp vaseline + 20-25
rose petals. Melt the vaseline on low flame add rose petals. Fry it until golden brown then grind and make a paste
3rd Step: 1tsp Shakar , 1tsp riceflour and 1tsp honey mix all the ingredients
make a paste.
Apply lip balm daily and 1 day lip scrub and 1 day toothpaste.

Who don't know hindi or urdu
Lip scrub: brwn sugar + rice flour + honey in equal quantity
2nd lip scrub: apply toothpaste on your lips and leave it until dry thn scrub it off with brush...
Do both scrub remedies on alternate days
Lip balm: take 1 tablespoon vaseline...heat on low flame (just to melt it) thn put 20-25 petals of rose..fry it until light brwn clr thn crush it in paste form...and apply regularly before going to sleep

I did scrubbing and paste cleaning just once and my lips are 2 shades lighter than before.

Couldn't make that lip balm and i don't have rose patels and they are pretty expensive to buy.
But other things are very helpful.

1st step :toothpaste 2 -3 times in a week + mint , take brush and rub , wash
2nd step :lip balm every day
vasiline + rose petal
melt vasilline , add rose petal and fry it change in brownish color than grind it
Dua dena aapi ko
shakr / sugar grinded 1tbs
rice floor 1 tbs
honey 1tbs (scrub)
2-3 time in a week
