I've been watching ASMR for years now but this video is by far my favorite. Between the music, which further enhanced the relaxation, and then the tapping and smoothing, and the soft spoken, water sounds, etc. this video is tingles perfection. Still one of the best when I can't sleep. If work starts to get too intense I just put this and a couple others on in my headset and it slows things down internally, I shake it off, and I feel refocused for work.
