1. What is the quality of water used for washing - if its ground water, it will cause Rusting of the Car Steel; It will not show in one day/one wash.
2. Did they dry the inner creases of the windows and gates with the air gun? if not then, then the small amount of moisture could progressively damage the car- Rust.
3. Did the car get wax? Just as the humans need oil/cream for maintaining a good skin, so does the car...

I've been through both situations. Around 2015 to 2018 i happened to visit service stations which are flooded with tata cab vehicles. They will test your patience and such a delay that I had spent more than half a day for job card entry and 1 full day for after service issue. General service me koi dikkat nhi hogi. Jab koi issue aayega car meh toh phirte phirte haalat kharab ho jayegi. If you latch on to service center with good technicians it's not a worry.
MAJOR SAFETY Issue: Start the vehicle, lock all doors from driver side , start running, Just pull the door handle from rear seat door. Door will open and you will be out of the car, please ask the dealer about this issue

you will know whether your warranty is void OR not only when something goes wrong and warranty claim is needed. Then the service center will tell that as you have done so and so you will not get warranty.
Exactly, it's tata company's people who are going to void the warranty. Workshop people are just mediator.

Madam did they notice that you hv done extra stereo, power window, remote,steering w.control, projector h.lamp, halogen lamp, many led work, covering tata plastics with orange wrap.
please give some photo of where did they install halogen lamp switch and back power window switch.? Did they mention anything battery over load.
For basic/normal services service center of tata is good, but tata is not that great in resolving big or unknown problems, that is my experience 👍

Service experience depends on demand n supply ratio of vehicles dropping in a day. More cars for service, less attentiveness due to completion pressure.
Yes. The solution is to have localised service centers. Being in chennai I had to travel 30 kms in any direction to reach one. Now we have more so i was pretty confident to sell my old tata car and booked a Nexon.

Warranty will come on table after your car shows some electrical trouble shows up. If some things happens to ecu then only Warranty verification will come. Good luck for that.
