upscayl, you need a dedicated gpu and the real plus is you can upscale in bulk, even 1000 =) just be careful that your gpu is not overheated

photography, detailed stuff is better for upscaling. More flat, tshirt design graphics or illustration work well if vectorized

Dgb doesn't work anymore. All it shows is that "something went wrong" or " It seems you have turned on your ad blocker" . :(
Do you have adblocker on?
Obviously wants to show you ads in return for the resizing favour

when ever i do dgb it says something unexpected happed so i cant do it
