I would argue that the moves the Eagles made on Defense (i.e. Fangio, draft picks, free agents) are just as important as Barkley in getting to the SB this season.
I actually agree with Colin and it’s the front office. I hate the Niners guts but I pay attention to their off season more than I do for teams in my own division because I see them as an obstacle. Same goes for the Rams. Don’t tell Commie fans but they fall into that category now. Getting your QB isn’t enough none of these QBs that win do it by themselves. Either they have talent or offense or a great defense. To keep that going you have to be willing to make hard decisions and be aggressive at the same time. You let Eagles royalties like the Ertz go and use money like that to make your defense better.

Because they went twice over that time and won one. And they are a few moves from going back.
The Eagles lose that SB if Wentz is QB. Foles was an MVP candidate in 2013. The following year, 2018, he resurrected a dead and injured Eagles team to beat the Rams, Texans AND Bears (and nearly beat the Saints in NO). Every team he played for since had terrible O-Lines and continue to be bad teams. The Birds are lucky they got Hurts because keeping Wentz over Foles was a huge mistake that would have left them QB shopping for some time. Pederson did what no one thought he could do and coach the Eagles to the franchises FIRST SB! Respect to those men - they were not flukes. Good front offices find good PLAYERS and COACHES. Lurie was smart enough to adjust after the Chip Kelly mistake and Roseman learned from other great organizations. Not an accident.

That’s not entirely true and you know why when the Bucs and Tom Brady beat and blew the Chiefs out in the Superbowl what was main reason they lost game because there offensive line was horrible what did they do the next Season they addressed the offensive line issues they went and drafted guys and got guys and free agency and what happened they won the Superbowl the next year

The Bengals aren't cheap. All teams spend up to the cap. They just decided to pour money into Jamar Chase instead of somewhere else, because they couldn't bear the thought of losing Chase. That hurt their team build. It's not cheapness. It's bad decision-making.
Trading Chase would be like KC trading Tyreek Hill. The Chiefs leveraged a great player into 5 or 6 good players, across the entire roster. I think Cincy could've garnered multiple picks for Chase if they put him on the trading block, but they wouldn't dream of it, so instead, they're leaking talent all across the roster. KC did the exact opposite, which is why they're going to their 5th Super Bowl. Cincy peaked when they beat KC in the AFCCG, and it's been downhill ever since. The team that beat KC had some holes that were exploited in that year's Super Bowl, but they didn't address those issues very effectively in the offseason.

49ers, rams and chiefs kinda got lucky with hiring good players and coaches. Meanwhile eagles made the superbowl the last like 25 years with 3 different coaches and rosters. 3:20- 3:29 thats so true bengals are one of the cheapest team. might ruin burrows chances of winning a superbowl. I know i trolled josh allen and the bills a lot but they really care about winning many other franchises dont really care that much. same with baltimore and pittsburg they wanna win

I agree with the concept but the ravens are considered one of the best run organizations. They make all kind of moves every year, yeah WR has bern weak but they have been a top 5 defense my whole life, went to go get drivk henry drafted zay flowers 1st overall, they are in the eagles, chiefs side of the discussion not the cowboys side

I would think Howie Roseman has been given a little taste of the team. Just a small share in addition to his salary and bonuses. Because why hasn’t any other team tried to swoop in with stupid money and hired that man away?

What mahomes has NOT done, and I will continue to not put him on the pedastal, is win WITHOUT travis kelce. His importance on the field is paramount. If wins another sb without travis kelce, I will personally apologize to you. But... it wont happen. Mahomes will continue to age, and without his athleticism and travis kelce... hes just gunna be another dude.

The fact that Kelce has MISSED ONE game in EIGHT MAHOMES SEASONS due to injury is a god dang sporting marvel. I have no idea how they got that lucky. The one game kelce missed, the chiefs got pumped at home and mahomes threw 2 ints. Can you all imagine if gronk never got injured? The patriots would have 9 superbowls.

Montana had rice, Aikman had Irvin, Burrow has Chase, Bradshaw had Swann and Stallworth, Staubach had Drew Pearson, Bob hayes, and Alworth, Peyton had Harrison and Wayne and Tom had Deion Branch (Superbowl MVP) early on before the drought.
TEAM sport. Media members that try and argue about who gets the most credit completely disrespect the beauty of the sport, while understating the important elements like leadership, togetherness, culture, and organizational alignment.
It takes an entire organization and alignment from top to bottom to win championships. Using hypotheticals about if X QB was on X team and how much better they would be than Y QB on X team.... absolutely means nothing and are the absolute worse argument points.
