Sir can i ask you a question seeing this video has got me a bit confused if it were you example i got 80 or 100 dice what would you do 20 dice on new hero banner then 60 or 80 on normal?
being like a mini-whale myself i summoned quite a lot from the top banner and got all exclusives and perkunte twice....so its worth it but....must spend quite an amount indeed
