SK8 the Infinity, the director Kyle Phillips is a "sandbox director" who lets the cast play around while recording (he is also the director of the Ace Attorney anime, hence the amazing bloopers) because it helps them relax. Most of the cast sees the ships as canon and so they play it up. Even background characters had some fun thirsty lines. It's the series with the now iconic "HEY, ALL YOU BITCHES AND BROS AND NONBINARY HOES!!" line. Also is the A3! - Act! Addict! Actors! dub. (Actually, that director I mentioned? He voices a character in this one!) Finally, while the series is mostly in progress at the moment, Buddy Daddies. There are compilations so you can experience some of the better lines. Especially for SK8.

The thing that always gets me is that with how unhinged the regular ace attorney story lines and dialogue is, a lot of the bloopers still feel somewhat in character since Nick and company are total smartasses for most of the games.
Live-action actors voice acting for the first time: It’s so hard voice acting bc you can’t emotionally collaborate with the people in the same scene as you. The “emotional collaboration”that happened when you have more than one of the voice actors recording simultaneously in one booth:
The anime is not a full adaptation of the trilogy cuz it excludes key elements of the game, the most notable example being the magatama. As a result, some of the die-hard Ace Attorney fans were not happy with how the trilogy was portrayed. In all honesty, I actually enjoy watching the bloopers more than the anime itself because the voice actors are just having fun and I feel like they're aware that the anime is not accurate either.

I swear, Phoenix Wright has the most hilariously unhinged dubbing I’ve ever encountered in my life 💀 Even though these are professional voice actors, they still goof around like fandubbers at most, and make you think that these dubs are abridged, especially when each of them has a soundboard for random sound effects to enhance their jokes XD

I swear, Phoenix Wright has the most hilariously unhinged dubbing I’ve ever encountered in my life 💀
Even though these are professional voice actors, they still goof around like fandubbers at most, and make you think that these dubs are abridged, especially when each of them has a soundboard for random sound effects to enhance their jokes XD
Why are these so funny, Something about knowing these characters and then giving them voice actors that say the most out of pocket stuff sometimes and just start breaking out laughing is just hilarious.
