This is by far the most perfect way to film a DW tutorial. Drone + waterproof mic! Pure gold, thanks! ….more of these please 😊

That's exciting news! Please make a shrunk down version too off a downwind board design around that 60-75 liter 5'-5'6" length for proning small waves and winging in light winds. Seems like it's heading in this direction right now. Would love to see Lift release a model like this too! All the new Lift HA wings are so good so a board to go with them is going to be insane! Keep up the great work!

Maybe a stupid question but how do you get back to your car/take off spot after you've cruised downwind for half an hour? 😅

This is fantastic, both the tutorial and the sport! What minimum wind speed do you need, and do you need the waves to build up over a long river or would a large lake also work? I’m trying to figure out where to try this.

You forget to mention you need a car to go back

Great job on all fronts. If you ever decide to take up surfing, you have all the skills and more. I'm guessing you also skate and snowboard because your style is spot on. Good on ya mate!

Hi. The paddle is a QB stingray. Can I use this to begin without paddling experience? What blade size I weigh 149 and 5.9 tall? Thanks

How did you decide on this stabilizer setup? How does it compare to the glide stabs?

Can you downwind foil on any river? Or only on the Columbia river?
