As a sci-fi geek and astronomy enthusiast, this video rocks my socks. It's awesome to hear her interpretation of the visuals because some parts are puzzling, as puzzling as the lyrics. And I agree so much. That end is not obscene, it's art. All this video is very artistic.

All of Katy's haters are simply the people who keep looking for ways to make her look bad. She worked extremely hard for what she wanted and she loves what she does. She is a fabulous singer and she is extremely talented.
I went to her concert on the day this music video came out (march last year) and it was one of my favourite songs of the album for like ages, so I loved the video and performance, but then they projected the video onto a building opposite :D it was so cool! Xx
Katy, not that you need my advice, but I will offer this...you are on a wonderful track, please never leave it even as you go thrugh your changes. For one so young, you have found great wisdom that will carry you beyond even your dreams. Of course your singing is wonderful, but believe it or not, secondary to what you stand for and how you present yourself--what a lovely package indeed, and what a lovely future awaits you.
