We are certainly in an intensifying battle with the enemies of the Church! Very true both are sound guides an protection from both temptation, an sin. An nowadays the Holy Rosary is very necessary. Not a sacrament, as in Our Lord, rather a sword so to speak that leaves with you as you exit Into the world. I for one would be forever lost, for not her Rosary which lead me to that other Pillar!

Hi Matt,,I was one of the boys of Don Basco , In New Jersey , there it was called the CYO for ids like me poor one parent or foster child etc, SO MY Aunt made me join the CYO , who 5 days a week during vacation (school ),all day , 5 days a week , and free launch ,that's how I know of Don Bosco. What I did not know about was his life story. We did not go to church , lots of kids were not even catholic, I did spend about 12 years being taught by Nuns ,I mean real Nuns not the stuff I see now a days , many here where I live look like your grandma ,no habits at all !I was thinking about that ship , I was taught by the Nuns CaTechism every single day without exception and I well remember that famous picture of DB, AND HIS DREAM. I WAS WONDERING , given today and Pope Francis steering it, well he is coloring by his words and actions and the beyond questionable people he has given leadership roles in important jobs ,well I think I would rather be in a little boat outside the one he seems to be heading for the rocks.... of course most catholics today are and for decades have NOT learned the Catechism OR BEEN TAUGHT , so they are happy to be blind and blindly ride along and see no rocks at all. If I were not taught well, my CATECHISM I would have left this church because this Pope teaches we do not convert people anymore, and I do not want to get into it , What blind madness and I do not think he can be stopped any longer ,Yes God can do all things and HE MADE A PROMISE , BUT HE DID NOT SAY , THINGS WILL NEVER GET WORSE and we won't actually hit the rocks and begin to sink even if at the last minute he will resume us , anyway that is enough of my rent , he is doomed to in the end fail and his new church, along with his buddies, but not yet! ] I am writing about the 19 volumes u mentioned on Don Bosco, I would want to perhaps purchase them if they are transited into English and are available, I did not know he did so many things and there was so many useful stories . So if u can can you give me the pertinent information Publisher , etc. I will If I have to read it online ,but would prefer to read it in book form if available. People who are claiming to be attacking the pope under the pretext of tradition are very misled. We can of course criticize, but it must be with respect, in prudence, without causing needless scandal, and without slander, etc...
