It appears that Roblox is increasingly catering to those who can afford these high costs, neglecting the broader community. That's just ridicilous..

To make it even worse, rthro and by extension rthro avatars can look good. A game called Neon Knights actually pulls it off really well which makes Roblox look even worse when a billion dollar company can’t get right what they’ve been trying to push for so long while a decently small game can make it look good.

I know another sucky move they did with the event: since lots of people were choosing the crimson cats, they were gaining a lot of points, Roblox gave every other team pity points, NOW PEOPLE ARE JUST BEING ENCOURAGED TO GET A TEAM AND NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE TO WIN. and most the experiences might have good games for the event, but there's just so much games that aren't that good or appealing on the outside (at least in my opinion) and there are just so many similar experiences.
this event just became, more followers more players, which is kinda dumb that they added leaders tbh, so I relate, and I was thinking if I was the only one thinking this way
I played in the lobby for around 20 minutes, having no idea on what was going to happen, no idea on where I was supposed to go, and I just left. The only thing I'll be waiting for now is which team will win. If the items are bad, then ROBLOX should just stop making events all together.

You go into games, collect these things, and get items which (according to most people) are trash items, like, just bring back the egg hunt or something. The popularity ratio could be fair, but also rig the contest too. Cheaters can spam bot/alt accounts into the event and make them choose all of the teams they don't want to win. That could lead to an unfair advantage for them.
Well RB battles literally did the same thing with some items (not all of them) example the wings, Russo's item, and the other two ones which I don't remember the names

it feels like a repeat of The Classic as ontop of doing the main objectives for each game. you have to look for crystals around the maps in the games too, the crystals LITERALLY function the exact same as Tix from The Classic

This is by far the worst event this year, atleast the hunt rewards were good, these rewards are basically all layered clothing which barely anyone wears.
Ive seen some people actually put hate on other teams, on projects games stream i saw a comment that said crimson cats, and all the ppl in the replies actaully put hate and toxicty on him, also so ppl were telling me a crimson cat was putting hate on a feet person, so i think this event has toxicty in it, and in future events it should stop.
When I played pacer test simulator or whatever it's called at the very beginning of the event, everyone was chanting their team's names. It was wholesome for a while but it developed into people sending hate to other teams

Main thing I feel like Roblox isn't advertising it enough on the platform and the games within the event, previously they have had a special tab at the top of the discover, but now its just the tiny ad in the bottom and the hub + 3 games in your home page, feel like Roblox could have done way more, but I must say the games I have played so far are a way higher standard than during the hunt, I plan to 100% this event
I haven’t even thanked about joining the game after choosing the team then immediately leaving. I play the games for fun I don’t even think about the points I just enjoy the updates. Why? Trash rewards (if they’re even considered rewards at this point) like you will really not feel rewarded or satisfied if you get them because you’ll probably never wear them
I agree. It feels like a pretty decent event when it comes to the games, but when it comes to the items, probably the worst we’ve seen. Most of the games have been pretty good so far, and it’s just very disappointing that we couldn’t get good items too. Idk, it’s like what’s the point in grinding for items that I’ll never use?
I think most devs like u said killed it like the quest can be a bit easy but some games were a little confusing to me even tho I eventually figured it out. But the items are very lazy and it only took me like two hours to get 4 items and I could just call it quits for a day. I like the idea of being in the top 10% getting the games done but some items like the crystals we need to collect aren't really necessary to do except for that one obby but I wish there was more effort on instructions and giving the players a good item so they can grind for it.
The reason I hate it is because it all bad items and the last item you have to be in the top 5% of your team to claim it even after you get all the slivers for it
and theyre all the same like go in the hub, go through some portals to trash premium payout farm games do what they tell u then go back to the hub and find another game and on and on and on and boringggggggggggggggggggg i just stopped caring now
So far, I got around 21/50 games completed for this event. A lot of quests for this event were very excruciating. I thought everyone was okay with the items made for the event, but they weren't. It would be really nice if the clothes were classic shirts/pants.
some of the games in the event like arsenal definitely did a great job but then theres other ones which literally just put up a task board which made you do quests for an hour instead of anything new. one game in specific i want to mention is the bike obby game as its event map is so bad that drops your fps by like 80% and you need to complete it in under 6 minutes
Probably the most creative game of them all was slap battles and arm wrestle simulztor. In slap battles, you needed to play a special gamemode which, if it wasn't an event, I would call Slap Ball, since its just like football. The quests were pretty easy, too. And about AWS I was really surprised because it consisted of more like a story than their actual gameplay.
Roblox’s new events problem is that they’re underwhelming and have too many games to do and most arent even good and the prizes suck thats their problem for me
This may be a hot take, but I prefer classic or even the hunt first edition than this event. Got me demotivated and disappointed when I began playing it.

What I hate the most is how it’s a carbon copy of the last two like all that’s changed is the theme and the amount of games like all are shitty dev hunts with almost no quality games and stupid battle pass some dumb overpriced bundle and quests on the lobby ( ngl I like the quests so those can stay) but still the games overall is just the classic with a different theme and more games not a single thing is original

This is a desperate move by roblox for a quick cash grab, and a very lazy one at that. This is the worst event they have ever done. It felt like they got a bunch of sport related games but then ran out so they put just about anything in. The items are horribly designed, some of the games are easy, some of the games are hard, and you only really have to delete about 8 games fully to get everything done.
For me I said in pls donate that I finished the ugc in the games (i did finish it) and someone started donating me nonstop so I left (didnt wanna waste his money also he gave me 20 robux)

I havent even done any of the lobby quests, gotten any items, gotten any 'shinies' or 'silver' yet because as soon as i go to the lobby i get an absolute headache... it just feels unnecessary and lazy with how your just greeted with the same portals with some of the games being the same as previous, the lobby just feels confusing and hurts your eyes, nothing feels new whatsoever and it dosent have the charm that atleast the hunt and classic had, just going into games that are mostly only games on the front page, its just all the same as the previous except somehow just feels worse and thats probably coming from how its once again an event thats relying on random games. I felt frustrated when i noticed arm wresting simulator on one of the portals as it just felt like roblox didn't learn at all from the hunt about some devs are obviously going to make a cashgrab and very not fun event in their games like how 3 of the games in the hunt ,arm wrestling simulator, pull a sword simulator, lumberjack simulator, were just copy and pastes by the same creator.
The problem I have with this is event is that if the winning team gets a free item, it really wouldnt be fair. Popular youtubers can rig it by voting for a certain team and getting all of their fans to vote for that team.
personally, i don't like the games, but not because roblox is trying to get us to like rthro, it's because i find it very unfair/unjust that the teams are very uneven. if you were to compare giant feet to crimson cats, there's a difference of about 4 million people. i was SO DONE, and my hard feelings weren't even 2 days after the event was in session. the hunt was okay, i guess. there was a lot of games, but the quests you would receive were short and easy, so i'd take that as a win. the classic was amazing, the only problem was that the games weren't actually classic (ex. dti should of been replaced with fashion frenzy/fashion famous). the games... no. it could be a lot better. the rest is self explanatory (or you can just watch the video). what's the next event? will it be good or bad? (oh, and this is my opinion so if you feel differently about these events, i won't judge)

Im just doing this event for fun. Im getting the items because theres nothing else to do. But this event actually got me into many other games I had no interest in at first.

My biggest issue is the varying quality of the dev hunt. Like some games were a blast(Arsenal keep doing what you’re doing cause holy moly) and others just slap 3 tedious missions then do a poor job at hiding the shines. While how bad the events got better from the classic and hunt event it’s still bad and I’d love to see more effort put in. And another issue I have is that they swapped out some games who genuinely made good events in favor of the cheap money grabbing simulator games.
At this point. Doing a event yearly is better. Maybe the event is rushed. They could atleast do it like egg hunt. But if they made a egg hunt event. It would be probably ruined. Let's stick to the monthly events per 1-2 months.

it feels like a repeat of The Classic as ontop of doing the main objectives for each game. you have to look for crystals around the maps in the games too, the crystals LITERALLY function the exact same as Tix from The Classic

This is by far the worst event this year, atleast the hunt rewards were good, these rewards are basically all layered clothing which barely anyone wears.

Ive seen some people actually put hate on other teams, on projects games stream i saw a comment that said crimson cats, and all the ppl in the replies actaully put hate and toxicty on him, also so ppl were telling me a crimson cat was putting hate on a feet person, so i think this event has toxicty in it, and in future events it should stop.

When I played pacer test simulator or whatever it's called at the very beginning of the event, everyone was chanting their team's names. It was wholesome for a while but it developed into people sending hate to other teams

Main thing I feel like Roblox isn't advertising it enough on the platform and the games within the event, previously they have had a special tab at the top of the discover, but now its just the tiny ad in the bottom and the hub + 3 games in your home page, feel like Roblox could have done way more, but I must say the games I have played so far are a way higher standard than during the hunt, I plan to 100% this event
I haven’t even thanked about joining the game after choosing the team then immediately leaving. I play the games for fun I don’t even think about the points I just enjoy the updates. Why? Trash rewards (if they’re even considered rewards at this point) like you will really not feel rewarded or satisfied if you get them because you’ll probably never wear them

I agree. It feels like a pretty decent event when it comes to the games, but when it comes to the items, probably the worst we’ve seen. Most of the games have been pretty good so far, and it’s just very disappointing that we couldn’t get good items too. Idk, it’s like what’s the point in grinding for items that I’ll never use?
All these events are basically the exact same thing. You complete some boring tasks in games and then get points and get some lame UGCs…
I think most devs like u said killed it like the quest can be a bit easy but some games were a little confusing to me even tho I eventually figured it out. But the items are very lazy and it only took me like two hours to get 4 items and I could just call it quits for a day. I like the idea of being in the top 10% getting the games done but some items like the crystals we need to collect aren't really necessary to do except for that one obby but I wish there was more effort on instructions and giving the players a good item so they can grind for it.
The reason I hate it is because it all bad items and the last item you have to be in the top 5% of your team to claim it even after you get all the slivers for it

So far, I got around 21/50 games completed for this event. A lot of quests for this event were very excruciating. I thought everyone was okay with the items made for the event, but they weren't. It would be really nice if the clothes were classic shirts/pants.

some of the games in the event like arsenal definitely did a great job but then theres other ones which literally just put up a task board which made you do quests for an hour instead of anything new. one game in specific i want to mention is the bike obby game as its event map is so bad that drops your fps by like 80% and you need to complete it in under 6 minutes
Probably the most creative game of them all was slap battles and arm wrestle simulztor. In slap battles, you needed to play a special gamemode which, if it wasn't an event, I would call Slap Ball, since its just like football. The quests were pretty easy, too. And about AWS I was really surprised because it consisted of more like a story than their actual gameplay.

This is a desperate move by roblox for a quick cash grab, and a very lazy one at that. This is the worst event they have ever done. It felt like they got a bunch of sport related games but then ran out so they put just about anything in. The items are horribly designed, some of the games are easy, some of the games are hard, and you only really have to delete about 8 games fully to get everything done.
True the very realistic outfits like shirts pants and cleats/shoes very bad but the trust is ok
For me I said in pls donate that I finished the ugc in the games (i did finish it) and someone started donating me nonstop so I left (didnt wanna waste his money also he gave me 20 robux)

I havent even done any of the lobby quests, gotten any items, gotten any 'shinies' or 'silver' yet because as soon as i go to the lobby i get an absolute headache...
it just feels unnecessary and lazy with how your just greeted with the same portals with some of the games being the same as previous, the lobby just feels confusing and hurts your eyes, nothing feels new whatsoever and it dosent have the charm that atleast the hunt and classic had, just going into games that are mostly only games on the front page, its just all the same as the previous except somehow just feels worse and thats probably coming from how its once again an event thats relying on random games. I felt frustrated when i noticed arm wresting simulator on one of the portals as it just felt like roblox didn't learn at all from the hunt about some devs are obviously going to make a cashgrab and very not fun event in their games like how 3 of the games in the hunt ,arm wrestling simulator, pull a sword simulator, lumberjack simulator, were just copy and pastes by the same creator.
The problem I have with this is event is that if the winning team gets a free item, it really wouldnt be fair. Popular youtubers can rig it by voting for a certain team and getting all of their fans to vote for that team.
i doubt the entire team would even get the item honestly

personally, i don't like the games, but not because roblox is trying to get us to like rthro, it's because i find it very unfair/unjust that the teams are very uneven. if you were to compare giant feet to crimson cats, there's a difference of about 4 million people. i was SO DONE, and my hard feelings weren't even 2 days after the event was in session.
the hunt was okay, i guess. there was a lot of games, but the quests you would receive were short and easy, so i'd take that as a win.
the classic was amazing, the only problem was that the games weren't actually classic (ex. dti should of been replaced with fashion frenzy/fashion famous).
the games... no. it could be a lot better. the rest is self explanatory (or you can just watch the video).

It's a good idea. Having youtuber have a teams and players having to get points for the team. However, the way roblox made it was kinda dumb. Also the fact that the 2 past events were not that great and every event is the same dev event.

Im just doing this event for fun. Im getting the items because theres nothing else to do. But this event actually got me into many other games I had no interest in at first.

The thing is that Roblox had done the same event 3 times in a row first the hunt then the classic then the games and all you get in an outfit Roblox needs a new idea Roblox really should go to the community 1 idea I have is Roblox partnering up with Lego and you can play as a Lego character in Roblox. My biggest issue is the varying quality of the dev hunt. Like some games were a blast(Arsenal keep doing what you’re doing cause holy moly) and others just slap 3 tedious missions then do a poor job at hiding the shines. While how bad the events got better from the classic and hunt event it’s still bad and I’d love to see more effort put in. And another issue I have is that they swapped out some games who genuinely made good events in favor of the cheap money grabbing simulator games.
At this point. Doing a event yearly is better. Maybe the event is rushed. They could atleast do it like egg hunt. But if they made a egg hunt event. It would be probably ruined. Let's stick to the monthly events per 1-2 months.

1. Gameshow Of Robloxia (Jan 9-Jan 16)
Basically there's a gameshow and there's a lobby based off the new years. There is a circle where you can join the gameshow. The more questions you answer correct the more points you get and points gets items that are NOT layered clothing.
the accessories absolutely suck and the game options suck coming from a mobile only player perspective and the missions the developers come up with always ruin these events for me because of the time limit we only have 9 days left

There was a UGC item on Funky Friday that i rlly liked (the boombox) and i found out abt it like 2 days after event started. I finished the obby just to find out that it has already sold out its EXTREMELY tiny number of copies, literally only 500, and id have to buy it from someone to get it; why have 500 copies on a game where thousands play it daily….
