Sad reality - 1. those who think contractors are responsible for bad road quality and all, Just have a look, how much investments, equipments and labour they need and how much money they get from Govt works and how much bribe they take from contractors 😢😢. ( So definitely quality will decrease) 2. Everywhere there is competition to get a work and people are ready to get a work in a loss and they have to complete it because there are certain rules to complete otherwise you will be penalised 😢. Very tough to maintain the position. Hats off to the companies which has become so big and having so many equipments and vehicles (Minimum 20yrs to 40yrs or 3 generations of hardwork required to build such a big company). In today's world it is very very difficult to survive for a company.😢😢
