@onmy computer2020gal You need to really rely on your stomach on that part. It's where you can really find how deep your vouce can really go when you sing. Just practise on it daily and you'll get it. (This is advise I got from my singing coach :) )

You should try to find your vocal range (how high and low you can go) and don't go under or above that. Always fo a voice warm-up exercise so that it'll hurt less. Drink a lot of water or a little raw honey help against the pain in your throath and also if your throath REALLY hurts then it's best to stop singing for a day or too, because the damage might stay then. Just sing with your core not your throat and if your into Broadway musical theatre stuff find actors your vocal type matches with and if ur auditioning use a song they did(Barrett Wilbert weed is in my range so I sing mezzo soprano and belt so a good song would be " I'd rather be me " from Mean Girls or "Home" from Beetlejuice)😂💖 hope this helped I'm not good at explaining things love
