I remember having trouble either with the last two levels, or the bonus level, on the university grounds. That was one hell of a dining rush. My had was burned out by clicking the curson to finish orders and trying to reach the "expert" goal.
Try deleting the cursor folder in the game directory, or run the game in Windows XP compatibility mode and administrator. Windowed mode might also do the trick.
