I remember I used to be a huge fan of her. I still like her and her music though, I just grew out of it. It’s sad to see that she feels this way and that she experiences all this hate, and it hurts me. Especially on stan twitter, with all the hate each fandom on there has for other fandoms and certain artists, it really taints my view of how I see artists. Most of the stuff fandoms say I don’t believe, but every time I would try to enjoy a certain artist’s music, or watch videos of them, I always get a horrible feeling inside of me and I can’t enjoy their music like I used to. It’s those things that make me regret joining that app, and I wish I could unsee all of the stuff I see on there. I don’t understand all of this hatred they have for people they don’t know. If i feel horrible and upset about the stuff I see people say on there, I could only imagine how Selena or other celebrities must feel if they are reading that stuff. People need to realize that words hurt, and celebrities have feelings just like us. I miss how confident she used to be, and how happy she was, and I hope she gets that back one day.
