Sir in the questions of rules if most beneficial is not mentioned then do we have to follow the hierarchy to get the value of supply? What about the optional scheme of 90% where does it lie in hierarchy? and in case of rule 29 (Agent) the hierarchy cannot be deduced through the language as it says "or" in between of conditions. Do we always take most beneficial in cases of Rule 28 and 29?

Sir I have a doubt.... Rule 27 clause (d) here as per clause VOS shall be consideration received in money and such further value of consideration not received in money calculated as per Rule 30/31. So if consideretion received in money is 200000, Cost of product is 150000.
Then answer will be
A) 200000+(150000+10%)= 365000
OR
B) 150000+10%= 165000
I Have this doubt as I have reffered to videos from many faculties and all have taught it as Answer (B). I feel like it should be (A)
