Thanks for your video. I just got done doing the same thing on my mower. As a suggestion to others who plan to do this project, those nuts can be very hard to remove. I suggest that you plan to borrow, rent or buy an impact wrench and get the impact sockets that you will need to fit the bolt and nuts you will encounter. That way you may avoid needing a chiropractor later.
I did this on my YT4000. I could not get everything back in place for the large smooth pully with the spring attached to the arm. The pivot point and washer wouldn't stay aligned while I tried to get the nut back on and tight. I detached the spring, bolted everything back where it belonged, then used a $6 tool designed to remove and replace motorcycle muffler springs the get the spring back through the frame. It is a lot simpler job if the spring on that arm is detached first.

Yes needed an impact gun on the last one I did.
Thank you very much, your video helped me a lot.

@@qwertybdj1 Thanks for the tip
Need a longer rachet for leverage.
Best money ever spent: buy yourself a 3/8 Milwaukee impact wrench!
@@jimyoungblood1687 Some day I will
A cheap HF impack is worth the money now you think ??
I have an Air Impact Gun, was just to lazy to get it out. Next time!
We have flat idler pulley that may fit your lawn tractor. We can provide it for free. Do you need?
Slip a piece pipe over wrench handle it will triple leverage
I highly recommend an impact gun and putting the tractor on it's side.
Most definitely an impact gun is needed. It would be nice to put on it's side. Don't think I could do it though.
The belt was put wrong
In what way is that belt put on wrong. The belt is put on correct, the V is positioned correctly and it is on the correct side of all the pullies.
Don’t leave a too hanging it will come off and knock your teeth out or eye
That's OK, most teeth got knocked out playing hockey, I really should get new ones soon, and I have my glasses on for the eye protection. Lol
Да действительно, ролики низкого качества, здесь просятся дюралевые, понятное дело с самыми лучшими подшипниками..
