Can you tell me how to use combo box from QML in main.cpp and then add it to layout in main.cpp. I really appreciate you.
Wonderful tutorial. Qt has the most bloated controls ever.. What’s missing from this very common element is the ability to validate a selection. On page load, a selection is already made for you so it introduces a high probability of incorrect, unwanted selections being passed. All combo boxes in the digital world has a “Select” or something along those lines on page load. That way even if at least you didn’t choose anything you get a value of none or you must select one to move to another step.. Qt don’t even have an example of this in their documents..
