I was listening to tarot reader and she was describing some things I had experienced all my life so I searched it and found you. I am so thankful and grateful that you explained everything in way that I could understand. I’ve always had these claircognizance experiences along with dreams since I was a kid. I often hated it because I lost a lot of friends as a teen behind it. I’m going to do some more research, learning and connect through learning to be a reader.
So, since healing from ptsd I've been experiencing many clairs daily. I too have experienced HEAVY clairsentiance. I've recently experienced claircognizence. I'm an intuitive empath, and you're right about "knowing" about things you don't know. It's like a a gag reflex when you explain this phenomenon. Vomiting knowledge out from your mouth. What I love about it is I too will learn as I speak. It's a knowing and not thought about. If that makes any sense.
I’ve mentioned this before but to keep the conversation going, and as condensed as I can, in 1991 I was introduced to a guy in college named John and I clair-something ‘heard’ in my head, right side back, “That’s the guy you’re going to marry.” Me: “Ew, no thank you.” (I was 22, he was 32, not my type, nothing I wanted.) It persisted, so I said, “Fine, if I run into him again I’ll marry him.” (Now all I had to do was avoid this guy until I graduated and moved back home.) This was spring quarter and when I returned to school that fall I ran into him walking with my housemate my first day back. We were reintroduced. I went to the dining hall to eat lunch alone; he sat across from me and asked me out in front of a bunch of freshman girls who laughed at him. I’m an empath so I felt sorry for him, said yes to the date and married him in 1993. Drank beer the whole time. Had two kids. Divorced ten years later in hopes of sobering up. I felt like I wasted a good life and wondered why that all happened, and I still feel kind of guilty for bringing two kids into it. Fast forward in 2014, I had another, but completely different, message in the same spot in my head that said to me, “Your fight with Jack is over, you don’t have to worry about hurting him anymore.” To fill you in, Jack was driving the truck that hit my brother in 1970 when he was five. He lived but was a mangled, crippled mess until he died in ‘08. In my later drunken years I was afraid I’d hurt this poor man, Jack, out of displaced anger, who himself suffered trauma that day. (It was a huge catalyst for me quitting alcohol.) The day I was told the information about Jack he had died, 65 miles away. So two big things. One verified, one still questioned.
I don't blurt out anything but I get information about something that has not happened yet, I never know what and it is always spot on. I am getting better at it, and I have no control over it.
I have this gift and I'm finally wanting to develop it. I just know it,I think and say it. I knew when my grandma was going to die or when someone was going to get killed,I also can know information I couldn't possibly know. Sometimes I doubt myself...
My claircognizance isn't generally expressed through me speaking. Rather, it's kind of the opposite. Sometimes when people speak, I just know whether what they said is accurate or not. This happens in various ways: It could be someone telling me a lie, and I have no way of knowing they're lying, but I do. I get a certain feeling in my physical body when this happens and that feeling is also likely partly clairsentience, which I also experience. I've never been wrong when I've "heard" and "felt" and "just know" someone is lying like this. Literally never. It also happens when I watch things like speculative documentaries, discussions about theories, and things I've not really learned formally about but am interested in. This is harder to explain - but I'll use a pretty cliche and silly example. Say I'm watching something like Ancient Aliens, where there's a high probability that some or even most of the opinions and theories are inaccurate. However, there's such a body of compelling evidence for that particular topic, that at least *some* of the theories and guesses must be true - and as we've progressed our knowledge, disclosure policies, and technology we've actually *proven* that at least a few ideas from that particular show were accurate, after the initial air date. Watching things like that, I often *also* just "know" accurate information when I hear it. Again, this is accompanied with some clairsentient physical sensations, but those sensations are more like the sign to me that my claircognizance is expressing itself, they aren't the actual psychic phenomenon I'm using. I've also never been wrong when this has happened to me while watching something speculative, and then later on emerging information or new findings in science has proven something that gave me that feeling was actually true and therefore my feeling/knowing was able to be verified. I do also experience the other kind of claircognizance that you mention, where I just kind of receive knowledge without having to hear it from another source first. I'll just know the answer to something I'm thinking over, or that an event is about to happen, etc. It isn't a vision for me though, it's just a thought, like how it feels when you solve a riddle by thinking it over.
That's the same for me. It comes in speech sometimes but not in the way she says. It just seems like I figure out things and know things when I'm talking on the fly... without forethought or consideration or being taught. it's like connecting dots i never knew i plotted. Similar to you, i know when something is inaccurate or when a path will lead to a positive or negative outcome. Strangely, the latter comes more from my gut. Similarly ppl saying they hear something say do this or that.. though i have that sometimes.. mostly i feel it in my gut to do or not do something without any visual or audio stimulation.
Thank you for your insight on the topic. I've had clairvoyant dreams from my teens and I'm now over 50. I forget them, and relive them again when they come true, weeks, months or years in advance. At 19 I had my first claircognizant episode...back then you needed an ID presented whenever a credit card was used by a customer to fill their gas tank. Well, I started writing dude's ID number, and was 5 of 7 digits in when he and I both realized I had written them down before he pulled it out of his wallet. Awkward. But every single digit was in it's correct order and I was solidly on autopilot. Fast forward to today and I'm realizing that these types of episodes tend to occur with strangers, and with such a (seemingly) startling lack of reason. I know where a foreigner is from, even having never heard the accent. I know what kind of bread a customer will order or what kind of meat and cheese they want. I know what they are going to say...and they always do. "With great power comes great responsibility.." I'm frustrated because my clairvoyance and claircognizance don't seem to synchronize (ever) and it never seems to benefit anyone. Quite the opposite...I get confusion and trepidation, rather, as responses.
My claircognizance comes along with a single vision and its usually when I just wake up in the morning. For eg. I saw the name of a business one morning and before I even opened my eyes I said to my husband 'so & so is going to ask you to go work back there'. There next day they called him and asked him to go back there to work
Exactly how it works for me - it comes straight out the mouth before i can even process what I am about to say. I have known peoples phone numbers that I never talked to before and things like 9/11 happening a couple hours before it did.
Exactly as described. Happens at work and with friends all the time. Comes in as different puzzle pieces through those different claires. Although still sometimes the puzzle isnt the whole picture right or if its now, past here or passed ... super helpful 😅 I've been trying to hone in and get more guidance through automatic writing and have had some success with that.
Thank you Nicole for this wonderful video. I don't know if my experiences are of claircognizance. The first way I "know" is through dreams. An example - I had a dream I visited my best friend's father but in the dream, he was tired, sitting on a bench, couldn't get up and I could feel his tiredness and lack of energy/chi. Within 2 months he had a heart attack. My second way of "knowing" is by "reading" a person or place. Example - in the presence of a person, I can tell what their true personality is regardless of what they are physically presenting to me, and I am usually correct. Are either of these claircognizance?
You are welcome!@@mandyprescott2279 To answer your question, my dreams can occur at any time of the night. Some are very vivid when I believe I am more lucid in them, and some are hazy where are I am not lucid at all. I find that my lucidity within dreams varies and is highly affected by my waking state (what I have been focusing on, how tired I am). I don't know yet how to control my lucidity when dreaming.
@@mandyprescott2279 I’ve experienced these as well!! And my dreams are usually after waking up and falling back asleep as well. But sometimes I get messages from them and sometimes they feel random. I definitely am great at reading people though!!
Do you mean I could develop a Clair even if I have no experience what’s so ever? Clair cognizance is one I would love to develop. Though when I was a teenager I used to hear things in my head at night. I used to hear words and I got fed up one night and I prayed with all my might for it stop, because it wouldn’t let me sleep. And one day I stop hearing the voices…. It would just be random words or random names. Sometimes it would be all chatters I couldn’t make up what they were saying. But it wouldn’t let me sleep 🤷🏻♀️.
I’ve had Two significant moments with this gift. Once with a family friend. I dreamt he was dying and he was. The second was recently I dreamt I was on a parking garage by myself in the middle of the night. The following day my dad had an accident and I was by myself at 3 in the morning in an empty parking lot
That second one sounds a lot like clairvoyance too. But I’ve had a similar experience with your first one. I woke up one day & randomly thought about an older family member of mine that I hadn’t spoken to/of in 10+ years. I asked my folks “have y’all checked in on Susie?” and ever said no. A couple hours later, they got a phone call from one of her kids, saying that she had died around the time that I asked that question.. Most amazing clair experience that I’ve ever had honestly..
When I was in 8th grade, while I was laying in bed having just woke up, my leg sudden made this jerking motion and right away I had the thought that there was a tsunami in Japan. That morning in class, watching the news (we used to do that then lol) it was reported that a massive tsunami hit Japan and many people had passed away. I lived in MI and have no ties to Japan. Never forgot that more than 20 years ago now. I've had so many strange things like that happening since then, mostly in dreams and usually involving death of people and animals. Not the most fun or useful thing to know about but I guess it's something anyway.
When I wake up in the morning someones name will pop up in my head whether they have called me or texted or already calling I just automatically know and other times I’ll receive information like oh this is going to happen and it does
I didn't see an actual explosion, but I did see rescue worker's around a pile of rubble, they were looking at a hand reaching out. Maybe a day later, I turned on the TV and they were reporting an Earthquake and were doing rescues. The 2nd area they went to showed a building that had come down. Firemen were standing and squatting down speaking to a man who was trapped, all you could see was his hand reaching out to them. This was in another country, I don't recall where.
Hi Nicole is it possible to have a little bit of all the Claire's cuz I think I might have a little bit of every one of them I have done that I blurts right out one day to a family member was sitting there and I looked right at her and I said would you like a fudge to eat I will grab you one and she looked at me and said how did you know I wanted one and I look at her and I said I just knew but didn't know how I just knew
Literally just watched a video, and the man was saying: "and her name is... " and I immediately thought "Susan." didn't think about it, just saw Susan in my mind's eye and said it out loud. The name he said was in fact Susan. Not Sally, not Sarah, not even Suzanne, not Penelope, but Susan. How trippy!
I have this, I developed it and just started know things when somoene asks me smt I know it and tell them but I also hear it in my head, it's Kanda cool but I want to connect to the other side
I went to a sports bar one evening with friends. Game was on, our team was hosting. I looked up at the screen while walking by and we were losing badly. As I looked as the score, I just knew we were going to win and felt "12". While we all were sitting talking, a friend mentioned that we were going to lose...again. I calmly just said we weren't. He bet me $10. Because the game was almost over. A few minutes later, the place started going nuts. We scored 12 runs...and won the game.
“She’s doing all the talking” this had me laughing and groaning at the same time. I have ADHD and my brain is like an excited 4 year old thats had a double shot espresso. I literally have too much information coming at me at all times. Right now I can hear the hum of the fridge, the over head fans, wind in trees and a car door slamming. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated
