I love this drama and the wife was calmed and on point without being a drama queen. I mean a queen with substance, intelligent and great love for her husband. She did not embarrassed him for loosing his job neither did she disrespected him . He was smiling with proudness and you could tell his spirit was up lifted after the encounter with his so called boss that fired him. What is the name of this drama please. There was no insults, bullying or slapping and she still got her point through.
I love how she lead with her identity as his wife to get the answers, then let him know her profession... Got the bank manager to admit to breaking labor laws...
I liked it right up to the point where he basically gaslighted her about his old girlfriend. Why did she have to put up with that to prove she loved him. He should have been honest. It basically wiped all her strong, confident personality in a couple of episodes when it had taken all the ones leading up to it to show her strength and character. And he’s so proud of her here, obviously loving her strength, why take that from her?
Exactly what i thought! At the end of the drama it just so out of his character to left her misunderstanding his relationship with his ex. Like i know he's trying to make her realize her own feeling, but i don't think with yanghua's character he would left just like that😢

Love the drama but i hate how marrage is degraded. Its a common view today where, a lack of importance is put on a marrage bond. They divorced for the most foolish reason complety unnecessary. For me marrage is forever with that person no devorce, its not a business deal or a way to push ahead. If we have problems work at them, not being full of pride. Communicate let our partner know how we feel especially if they a continuing to the problem. Unless my partner cheats and we can not come back from that.
You are confusing "religious marriage" with civil marriage. Civil marriage is a pragmatic legal instrument to allow to people to define a common living and comercial arrangement in terms of property and mutual security and representantion. Religious marriage is a dogmatic institution associated with various odd regulations and habits with origin in various god beliefs and ritualistic practices culturally important in different places. Their marriage was clearly an arrangement and it breaks down because they can't really bridge the gap between "temporary arrangement" and "romantic partnership for life" because they step around a minefield emotionally. Which is fine. Sometimes it happens. People do divorce and remarry, separate and remarry, meet again in later life and rekindle relationships. it is normal. Just because it is unacceptable to you that doesn't mean it should be portrayed so in a series especially if it is somebody elses reality.
