One deep dive into all their stuff later and I think Matty Healy is a fucking genius and they’re one of the best and most original bands on the planet. Lesson learned.

I can smell Jack's influence and its great. The sound engineering on these recordings from the lounge are unbelievable and in my opinion even better than the official recordings.
Everyone has polarizing opinions about the 1975 but the reason they continue to be my favorite band is because they operate on a higher frequency than a lot of other artists. Each and every time they never fell to bring a studio song to life in the live version. The vibrations they emit paired with sweet harmonies and melodies are simply top tier. I will forever love this band!!!!! 💗💗
