04:30 I suffered from depression for many years in Germany. In 1999 I flew to Chiang Mai for the first time. My depression was gone, completely gone. I had energy. Just like you. It came back on the plane back to Germany. I was really afraid of my home country. From then on, I flew to Thailand twice a year, mostly to Chiang Mai. But I felt worse and worse in Germany. In 2017 I emigrated completely. I have now lived in Chiang Mai for almost 7 years and my depression is gone. I only feel bad when I think back to Germany. Thailand is therapy. That interaction with grandma was so genuine. The way she holds your hands and look at you - it was like you were her son. Really the spirit of Thai people.I miss my grandma in Thailand!

Chiang Mai is one of best cities in TH, as you say, special people good vibes and delicious food ❤i would never take the cable car up to wonderful Doi Suthep Temple, "the journey is the destination", clambering slowly upwards is nice because of the amazing changing view😊✌Love your videos Mickey, interaction with locals is showing your brilliant Thai speaking❣ 🙏Btw. if you go to Chiang Dao, you could pass through Phrao, it is nice as well.....

You seemed a little disappointed by the lack of likes on the videos you make on motorcycle. You're the only one we follow every time you make one. We don't know anyone who makes such beautiful, well-constructed videos with cultural explanations. We always learn a lot from listening to you and Thai words too. Don't be discouraged, it would be a shame if you stopped your escapades across the country (which we love), we discover and escape so much through you. You are a true professional. Your music and your addresses (restaurants, hotels, etc.) are exceptional. Do not give up.

There are some nice local restaurants on the small soi's off Loh Kroh road....one of the best is about half way down, turn right on Soi 1, walk past the Number one bar and past the scooter hire shop to a small restaurant on the left called 'Aum and Camrons' ....excellent thai food and reasonably priced beer....a lot of the bar girls from Loh Kroh eat here and take aways are constantly leaving the shop to be delivered to girls working in the bars....
I really really really love this your video, how to presenting those place MUST visit, food MUST try in Chiang Mai. I love to visit ancient historical temples, khao soi every day. Cozy Inn Chiang Mai is also one in my hotel list when I visited Chiang Mai. . So, waiting for your next VDO at Chiang Dao. 😚😚
