Here I am explaining some thing about Hydrogenated water.
Normal Filtered water is still the best choice to keep your body well hydrated.
After Carbonated water, mineral water, flavoured water, alkaline water market is now hit by Hydrogenated water. Hydrogenated water is also composed of H2O and difference is that additional Hydrogen gas molecules has been further added in simple water. This means that there is more hydrogen in the water which purportedly confers antioxidant benefits and improves energy level.
First of all, American Dermatologist Dr. Nicholas Perricone introduced the term hydrogenated water. About four years ago, it first hit U.S. markets, but today, many companies indulged in manufacturing the hydrogenated water producing machines.
There are several methods for how to make hydrogen water, but electrolysis is among the most common. Electrolysis is a process that passes an electric current through the water to break it down into its individual components.
Hydrogen water is a product that gained widespread popularity among health-conscious consumers.
The nutritional values of hydrogenated water are same as that of normal water; however, the minerals depend upon the sourced water. It is also seen that the pH of the hydrogenated water increased little bit so the hydrogenated water becomes alkaline in nature.
The companies who are marketing machines claim that water with additional hydrogen increases energy, improves recovery after a workout and reduces inflammation, but there is limited scientific evidence that hydrogen water has any health benefits in human.
In this video, I have discussed few of studies done on human being resulted in positive results. Some research shows that hydrogen water may be effective at reducing markers of oxidative stress and improving risk factors related to metabolic syndrome. Many companies promote hydrogen water as a natural way to enhance athletic performance.
Hydrogen water is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA, meaning that it’s approved for human consumption, though some research on the health effects of hydrogen water shows positive results, larger and longer studies are needed before conclusions can be drawn.
The present status of Hydrogenated water is that there is no standard on the quantity of hydrogen to be added in water for good results; secondly there is no guideline from any of the regulatory bodies, how much hydrogenated water should be consumed per day for best positive results.
On the basis of the researches so far done, we can conclude that hydrogenated water is all safe and have no side effect or negative effect if not shows any positive results.
Now, it is up to you whether the HYDROGENATED WATER should be consumed daily or not, but it is another fact that to drink it regularly, is a quite costly affair.

There are lots of research done on Kangen Water. You have very little information about Water. Because when any new things come in market, nobody knows it. I am distributor of Kangen Machine and in my group, we have seen miracle results for which medicine could not cure, too. Unless you have experienced of Kangen Water, don't give 50-50 review.
