I love how this universe's Harley Quinn has become, for all intents and purposes, the next Robin. She's Batman's closest ally and confidant and the two truly trust and respect the other. I also love her fear gas Joker hallucination. Her biggest fear isn't the Joker himself, it's relapse. Every time in her past she showed signs of reform, he swooped in and manipulated her back to his side. Her finally standing up to him, now she has actual true friends that love and trust her for who she truly is, was enough for to finally put him down.

It's actually kind of a bittersweet fact considering they were able to get him on for this game but not for MK9 when they actually had Freddy Krueger as a DLC character.
Kevin Conroy may not have played Batman in live action but to me, I feel like he does in this game because it gives me realistic graphics and Kevin Conroy is definitely the best Batman voice actor and great Batman in my opinion, Awesome reaction guys.

Two things that should be explained that arent explained in the game. 1. In the Injustice comics/universe Green Arrow was murdered by superman, sometime later during a big battle he also basically killed Black Canary. But after the dust cleared a hero named Dr.Fate saved her life and would send her to another universe where a different Green Arrow lost his Black Canary and allowed them to live together. 2. Harley is so buddy buddy with black canary because in the comics it was revealed that black canary was secretly pregnant with green arrow's baby. Harley knew and could tell because she had been pregnant previously and never told anyone and even hid the kid from the joker. Harley empathized with and comforted Black Canary and how she felt scared.
It actually is explained. When Black canary and Green Arrow first talk to Harley they say we came a long way then Oliver says"Yeah a world away" they are from the other universe from the first game, batman brought them back through the portal.
To give some insight on Damian being raised by the league Bruce has no idea he even had a son until Talia rash al ghouls daughter revealed it to him basically how Damien was convinced is Talia drugged bats

NRS when making graphics, take several small jumps, and then a MASSIVE leap to their next era when you look back. The recent showcase of Injustice 1 to 2 is just a 4 year leap, now with MK11 to MK1 it's even MORE polished. They've become on of those companies with best looking consistent graphics.
The Brother Eye storyline, OMAC, and Tower of Babil, and some Batman Beyond End Days are good correlating stories, didn’t think about The Dark Knight having a reference equivalent to Brother Eye.
If you're wondering why Green arrow is still alive it's because the Green arrow from the other universe decided to stay and that goes the same with Black Canary
No the Green Arrow from the last game went back to his universe, the Green Arrow in this game came from an entirely different Universe until Injustice Batman brought him, Black Canary, and their son over.
Injustice and Injustice 2 are the only video games I’ve played in the last decade! It’s really cool that you found a play through that shows the “super moves”. Harley’s super move may be my favorite on this game. “SNACK TIME BOYS!”
Harley Quinn is one of my absolute favorite characters in this game, not only is she fun to play as, but Tara Strong absolutely KILLS it as Harley. She’s far more empathetic and funnier in this game than the last. And her scene of her truly telling The Joker to F OFF is awesome. Not to mention her outfit in this game is the best she has ever looked. Equally sexy and practical. Even James Gunn agrees, which is why he gave Margot this look in the beginning of The Suicide Squad. I just wish she had it throughout.
Be aware that dick grayson is the original robin and the one you might know. Damian is much more of an anti hero because he was born from Bruce and one of the villians and did not have contact with him until he was older, hence he is a lot more vengeful and susceptible to evil due to being trained by a gang of assassins to be a killer. I just love Harley in this game. As my favorite dc character, Harley being a good guy and on strong path to redemption is peak Harley after years of simply being jokers sidekick love interest punching bag. She's definitely one of the most shining characters of this game next to a few others i wont spoil
The concept of a heroic or merely non-villainous Harley Quinn has been around since the 1990’s. There was a Batman episode in which she is paroled, and confused a store guard’s attempt to remove a security tag from a dress she bought as an assumption of shoplifting, so she hit him and “accidentally” kidnaps a socialite Veronica, but she ends up foiling a gangster crime ring during the mishap. When Batman speaks up for her defence and treats her kindly upon her arrest, she kissed him in gratitude. Then there’s an episode where the Joker has a nuke, so Batman and Robin have to recruit Harley to find him, and she periodically sabotages but helps them. She betrays them for the Joker, but when they point he wouldn’t have had time to rescue her from Arkham before the bomb detonated, and Joker refusing to save the hyenas makes Harley defect back to Batman. When Harley understands that Joker planned to abandon her, she tries to kill him, but it failed, yet he is impressed by her so weirdly they get back together. When Joker seemed to inherit a fortune, he found it cheaper to hire a new Harley instead of pay to get the old one back. In anger, original Harley escaped Arkham, so when Joker is arrested again, she was dressed as a prison transport driver, using that access to beat the crap out of him. There was a solo comic series in the early 2000’s that had her switch between villain and anti-hero, depending on the plot. The Batman and Harley Quinn animated movie had her team with Batman and Nightwing (also rape Nightwing), as they stop a scheme by the Floronic Man and Poison Ivy. Incidental, but worst Harley voice ever. Injustice Harley had a daughter with the Joker, but despite still being with him, she gave the child to her sister to raise because she understood that he would be an awful father.

Regarding Damian's ubringing in reference to 15:01: Talia al Ghul (Ra's al Ghul daughter) had romantic interest in Batman, so she essentially roofied him one time and for all intents and purposes r*ped him. This is how Damian was born. But here's the kicker: she didn't tell Bruce about Damian's existence till he was almost 8-10 years old. At that point she pawned Damain off to him and left to lead the league of assassins.
One thing amazing about Neatherealm is the upgrade in graphis every game, MK, Injustice 1, MKX, Injustice 2, MK11, MK1, maybe Injustice 3 next, who knows, but what I was saying is that all of them had incredible upgrades.
You guys should definitely make a video of all endings in injustice 1 and 2 and the dialogues of all characters in injustice 2 when you guys are finished with injustice 2 story

Green Arrow and Black Canary are from the other Earth. Green arrow marks on this briefly by saying we came from "A world away." It was just quickly touched on because it is assumed people know the story to the first game and that the Green Arrow on this earth was Superman's First victim after Joker.
remember the unused and wasted scene in Man of Steel where they showed a pod that was open and was confirmed to be Supergirl? This would have been a cool way to open up Zack Snyder Supergirl film meeting up with Superman and Brainiac being the villian of her movie!
This is good. And seriously, when you get the chance, look at the character endings on both games. Some of them are from DLC characters and only a couple of them would be canon, but overall, they are pretty damn good.
@@jeffharold1960 First of all, I think the Batman's ending was cannon to Injustice 2. The Injustice universe's Batman actually did inherit Injustice Luthor's money. Or did you not see the "Luthor/Wayne" logos on certain equipment. I think it's safe to say Superman's ending is probable, why wouldn't he do that? Second, as for the second game, I think Superman or Batman's character ending are at least possible depending on how you end the game.
Fun fact: Wonder Woman's voice actress, Susan Eisenberg, is voicing Ashrah in MK1. I'm hoping that Ashrah will carry that same warrior fierceness we see in WW. 😍
13:50 - they don’t go into much detail in the first game, as they just call it a kryptonite supplement, but in the Injusitce comic the pills that Supermans thugs and other humans take are essentially super pills that grant the user the superhuman strength and durability of superman himself for a limited time, which is how regular humans in the game are able to go toe to toe with the dictator of steel. 17:55 - to explain Green Arrow being here in case anyone’s confused, this is another universes Green Arrow but not the Green Arrow from the first injustice. Essentially Injustice Black Canary was saved from a battle wherein she would’ve died by Dr Fate, who whisked her away to a universe that had lost its Black Canary, wherein she and that universes Green Arrow fell in love and had a son together. When Black Canary found out Superman had been defeated, she convinced Oliver to come back to her universe with her to help Batman clean up the remains of the regime.
Incase someone hasn’t said so already in the comics, Batman made a pill which temporarily gives you the strength and durability of a meta human. That is how they were able to fight again Superman in the story
FYI this is not the Green Arrow from the previous game, or (obviously) the one Superman killed in this world, but another Oliver from a world where Black Canary, that THIS one went to be with when she "retired"
Just a heads up, Batman didn't know about Damien until he was much older. Tailia al ghual (the mother) kept Damien hidden from Bruce and raised him in the league of shadows until she sent him to bruce to learn.
In the comics, Superman is desperate to try and break Bruce so He'll fall in line, and actually arranges for Victor Zasz to murder Alfred. Yes... Batmans so called friend lol
So something they changed that was mentioned in the first game and in the Injustice comics, Damian killed Dick/Nightwing by accident when he got mad at him during the Arkham conflict shown in the game. This is what put him and Batman at odds in the comics.
You guys should read comics, they explain a LOT of what happened between timelines and also are a great read on their own. In case you guys forgot, one such example is Green Arrow of this universe is dead , which is why everyone was surprised to see him in part 1 game. The oliver/GA in this game comes from other universe to live here- explained in comic as well .

I'm not sure who really destroyed Krypton in the comics or even the DC cartoons but I think in some iterations of the story it was either Brainiac or the planet's core that destroyed the planet which sounds sad because Clark never got to be with is parents until years later with a hologram message from Jor-El.
Injustice 2 was the first NetherRealm Studios video game with started to use reaI human faces for their characters (well ..at least those that do have human bodies / faces) 😁 ..so that is why they started to look better and better (as you can also see in Mortal Kombat 11).
It ain't always the exact face of the person who they get inspired by when they add it to a character (cuz they still try to have some % of their own take for that specific character) ..but the likeness with the real person they used for that character's face is often close enough. 😀
Its not mentioned in the game but most of the rest of the titan's weren't killed in metropolis they confronted superman, I think it was superboy who got fatally injured and they voluntarily entered the phantom zone as the lack of time there would keep him alive till help could come. Help that superman never requested.
The art quality and story are really improved in this game. Batman didn’t raise Damian. Didn’t even know he was born till he was a teenager. In the comics, Talia al Ghul drugged Bruce to conceive a child and raised him in the ideals of the League of Assassins. That was quite the controversy in the comics.

Damian is much more of an anti hero because he was born from Bruce and one of the villians and did not have contact with him until he was older, hence he is a lot more vengeful and susceptible to evil due to being trained by a gang of assassins to be a killer.
I just love Harley in this game. As my favorite dc character, Harley being a good guy and on strong path to redemption is peak Harley after years of simply being jokers sidekick love interest punching bag. She's definitely one of the most shining characters of this game next to a few others i wont spoil

The concept of a heroic or merely non-villainous Harley Quinn has been around since the 1990’s.
There was a Batman episode in which she is paroled, and confused a store guard’s attempt to remove a security tag from a dress she bought as an assumption of shoplifting, so she hit him and “accidentally” kidnaps a socialite Veronica, but she ends up foiling a gangster crime ring during the mishap. When Batman speaks up for her defence and treats her kindly upon her arrest, she kissed him in gratitude.
Then there’s an episode where the Joker has a nuke, so Batman and Robin have to recruit Harley to find him, and she periodically sabotages but helps them. She betrays them for the Joker, but when they point he wouldn’t have had time to rescue her from Arkham before the bomb detonated, and Joker refusing to save the hyenas makes Harley defect back to Batman. When Harley understands that Joker planned to abandon her, she tries to kill him, but it failed, yet he is impressed by her so weirdly they get back together.
When Joker seemed to inherit a fortune, he found it cheaper to hire a new Harley instead of pay to get the old one back. In anger, original Harley escaped Arkham, so when Joker is arrested again, she was dressed as a prison transport driver, using that access to beat the crap out of him.
There was a solo comic series in the early 2000’s that had her switch between villain and anti-hero, depending on the plot.
The Batman and Harley Quinn animated movie had her team with Batman and Nightwing (also rape Nightwing), as they stop a scheme by the Floronic Man and Poison Ivy. Incidental, but worst Harley voice ever.
Injustice Harley had a daughter with the Joker, but despite still being with him, she gave the child to her sister to raise because she understood that he would be an awful father.

Regarding Damian's ubringing in reference to 15:01: Talia al Ghul (Ra's al Ghul daughter) had romantic interest in Batman, so she essentially roofied him one time and for all intents and purposes r*ped him. This is how Damian was born.
But here's the kicker: she didn't tell Bruce about Damian's existence till he was almost 8-10 years old. At that point she pawned Damain off to him and left to lead the league of assassins.

One thing amazing about Neatherealm is the upgrade in graphis every game, MK, Injustice 1, MKX, Injustice 2, MK11, MK1, maybe Injustice 3 next, who knows, but what I was saying is that all of them had incredible upgrades.

21:11 it's not really according to only the show because Harley and Ivy were always best friends/lovers in every version ,in fact in the comics that was leading up to this game Harley and Ivy even got married but I don't know why it was never brought up in the game and this fact was completely ignored

Green Arrow and Black Canary are from the other Earth. Green arrow marks on this briefly by saying we came from "A world away." It was just quickly touched on because it is assumed people know the story to the first game and that the Green Arrow on this earth was Superman's First victim after Joker.

This is good. And seriously, when you get the chance, look at the character endings on both games. Some of them are from DLC characters and only a couple of them would be canon, but overall, they are pretty damn good.

@@jeffharold1960 First of all, I think the Batman's ending was cannon to Injustice 2. The Injustice universe's Batman actually did inherit Injustice Luthor's money. Or did you not see the "Luthor/Wayne" logos on certain equipment. I think it's safe to say Superman's ending is probable, why wouldn't he do that?
Second, as for the second game, I think Superman or Batman's character ending are at least possible depending on how you end the game.

13:50 - they don’t go into much detail in the first game, as they just call it a kryptonite supplement, but in the Injusitce comic the pills that Supermans thugs and other humans take are essentially super pills that grant the user the superhuman strength and durability of superman himself for a limited time, which is how regular humans in the game are able to go toe to toe with the dictator of steel.
17:55 - to explain Green Arrow being here in case anyone’s confused, this is another universes Green Arrow but not the Green Arrow from the first injustice.
Essentially Injustice Black Canary was saved from a battle wherein she would’ve died by Dr Fate, who whisked her away to a universe that had lost its Black Canary, wherein she and that universes Green Arrow fell in love and had a son together.
When Black Canary found out Superman had been defeated, she convinced Oliver to come back to her universe with her to help Batman clean up the remains of the regime.

I like the idea that Brainiac caused the core of Krypton to be destabilized instead of some random natural disaster.
It was explained that although it was a natural disaster, it was due to the higher ups not taking action they were wiped out

So something they changed that was mentioned in the first game and in the Injustice comics, Damian killed Dick/Nightwing by accident when he got mad at him during the Arkham conflict shown in the game. This is what put him and Batman at odds in the comics.

You guys should read comics, they explain a LOT of what happened between timelines and also are a great read on their own.

I'm not sure who really destroyed Krypton in the comics or even the DC cartoons but I think in some iterations of the story it was either Brainiac or the planet's core that destroyed the planet which sounds sad because Clark never got to be with is parents until years later with a hologram message from Jor-El.
Usually it's the planet's core. That's the original story. But in Injustice's Elseworld, it's because of Brainiac.
Injustice 2 was the first NetherRealm Studios video game with started to use reaI human faces for their characters (well ..at least those that do have human bodies / faces) 😁 ..so that is why they started to look better and better (as you can also see in Mortal Kombat 11).
It ain't always the exact face of the person who they get inspired by when they add it to a character (cuz they still try to have some % of their own take for that specific character) ..but the likeness with the real person they used for that character's face is often close enough. 😀

Its not mentioned in the game but most of the rest of the titan's weren't killed in metropolis they confronted superman, I think it was superboy who got fatally injured and they voluntarily entered the phantom zone as the lack of time there would keep him alive till help could come. Help that superman never requested.

Talia and her father Ra's Al Ghul kept it secret so they can raised Damian to take over the league of shadows. Short story, the league expressed some trouble and Talia had no choice to take Damian to Batman, revealing that they had a son
