Hlw i have hair fall problem. My hair is getting thinner day by day.. i want to chang my shampoo . I have wavy thin low porosity hair with oily scalp. Please suggest me some shampoo please
Visit a dermatologist they will ask you some tests like ferratin to know cause for hair thinning n hair loss. N protien rich diet will helps making hair stop thinning. My hair started regrowing afte 3 months of supplements given by doctor n good diet. N then covid happened my hair loss all volume n been 4 hairs my hairs are not healthy extremely thin than before. N m on my consultation again. Hoping for good results this time also

Use any shampoo which is chemical free n buy 2% ketozonale shampoo from near by chemist. Take a small qty in a bowl n add water so your full head can be wet with the shampoo mixture. Don't go for Market shampoo which have ketazonal i have tried minimalist n scalp pro but they don't work as best as medicated shampoo work. This was told to me by dermat. N if u have severe dandruff consult a dermat first. As it has been years my dandruff comes n goes n my dermat told me i have dermatitis it will always occurring as my skin is also sensitive,allergic to detergents. Dont fall for youtube videos i hace spent spent thousands of money in face n skin n solutions were oy temporary or no results. At last a good dermatologist will only understand your skin n will guide you what is best to you.

Love Beauty & Planet shampoos are slightly better than Pilgrim shampoos. Currently I'm using Pilgrim's Hair growth shampoo with Korean black rice, and I'm not so happy! Love Beauty & Planet shampoos are just best.
