New to your videos I love watching Chis he is a one man machine. Love the drone pictures can’t wait to see how this project cleans up thanks for sharing 💕
I think it’s smart calling in experience in a situation like this. I agree with you and so cool that you’re able to help complete the project and learn from Chris to gain experience for your next big job.
Would say you 2 go in business together nothing towards you but you already know Chris is a one man crew!!!! I've watched some of his videos thinking Chris and his team know their stuff and then buy the end of the video was to my surprise it was Chris by himself!!! Happy digging
Nah the saw attachment has been sitting for over a year and has an issue with the feed out cylinder... isn't going down all the way. So you have to get down on it. I just use it for the grapple mostly anyways.
New viewer to the channel and definitely a 5 ⭐ video I also watch Chris as well along with Dirt perfect and Cottontop Tim as a amazing channel so thanks for sharing God bless from Upstate South Carolina.

$ 3K for a hose. There needs to be some competition in that market place. Have you thought about making them yourself? Fittings I could make, but a larger Shop be a better choice. Equipment to crimp is not magic either.
It’s a tough decision buying new machines these days. Especially with emissions. We do demolition mostly, and have a 1998 Case 9030b with 15,000 hours and no emissions. We got it in 2000 with 265 hours. The 3rd undercarriage is almost completely used up and it’s not worth repairing again. Case and Link-Belt have significantly upped their game in the last 3-5 years. Fuck Hyundai…
They truly don't make them how they used to! People don't understand that this machine has over 14,000 hours on it, as a woods machine, that's a hard life. I retired it and just use it around the farm now.
New to your channel. Letsdig18 will make you a beautiful pond. I think you should dredge out the stumps and muck. In the long run, it will make the life of the pond much longer. You are going to have the use of a great haul truck, make the most use of it. You would have a great supply of dirt to make topsoil out of. I have been anticipating letsdig18 do this project ever since he put out this video, th-cam.com/video/DccC4jK6XVw/w-d-xo.html on his channel. Yep, looking forward to an epic video series! Thanks!!!
Why do I enjoy watching this stuff so much? 🤷♂️

It’s cool seeing 2 excavators working across from each other. Especially knowing you got dirt royalty in the other one 😃
Good job so far.. But knowing Chris, you are really going to like the end results..
You definitely called the right guy to do the job. Can definitely see the size of this job with the drone

Looking at it from the drone view, that’s one heck of a gash in the dam Brian! Lots of clay!
I always thought Chris could benefit from the rotobec grapple saw. No more getting out and having to cut the stumps off by hand

When you're using hithe saw use it to lift the log a couple of feet and then use the saw. It'll allow the saw to work that much more efficiently.

You could go in for Chris and cut the trees down for him ready for his jobs to be started if you went into business with him
The 350 Volvo is a 50 tone excavator that Chris has

How did the fire start in the wood when you went for a sandwich? The burn pile wasn’t started yet. Was it from excavator heat?
