Cave spiders do not inflict poison on easy difficulty, the difficulty 99% of official speedruns are done in.
SET SEED???
No, this was a random seed I rolled, making it the former world record of Random Seed Glitchless (RSG). Coincidentally, seed seed speedruns (SSG) have also been reusing the seed I rolled because of how quick you can get into the Trial Chamber (Until some smart person finds a better seed)

thats some insane luck, chamber at spawn, 3 cave spider spawners right next to eachother, an ominous bottle and the heavy core, this took me almost 2 hours
I throught it was SSG when he started mining straight down and found a trial chamber
@@Znatok1699It wasn't SSG, he used a F3 and render distance a lot at the beginning and he crafted iron axe only to find enchanted one few seconds later

Didn't know how to craft a mace, so I checked out this 8 minute tutorial 😅
Crafting that crafting table at the end was so necessary...
You can’t craft the mace without the crafting table as you have to specifically put it in the middle of the crafting table

thats so lucky jesus ive opened more than 20 ominous vaults and i got nothing i was playing normal vanila hardcore and i just got nothing not even like windburst book nothing seed is so bad i might use this seed just to have it as hardcore and like play it, ive spent way too much time trying to get a mace ty for this vid bro imma give u a sub good job tho this was a lucky run

is there anything besides just mining straight down when you see trialchambers on your piechart?
Usually it's like 3+ chunks away so you can get the direction of it, but since in chunks I have both vault and spawner I figured a dig down was fine

So why are maces even so sought after ?? I know the more you fall the more damage and all that but is it really even worth it over a sword ??
when I saw cave spiders in the trial chamber I was like "wtf" with anxiety through the roof and when you got hit by them and didn't get poisoning... oh it was easy mode nevermind, felt relieved
THIS SEED ALSO HAS A NETHER GATE NEARBY AND NEAR THAT GATE THERE IS A PINK SHEEP!!!! THIS SEED IS CRAZY

Why didn’t the poison effect from the cave spiders apply ?
first day on the 1.21 smp:
I can imagine a sub-minute speed run where someone spawns next to a pillager outpost next to an exposed trial chamber, crafts a wooden axe and kills the pillager that has the bottle, jumps into the trial chamber and spawns a regular one and kills a breeze, then after that goes to one next to it and gets an ominous key, gets heavy core first try and crafts the mace. Not lucky or complicated at all. Just pure skill
if there was a buried treasure around, the run could be a lot faster but this is still good

i tried this speedrun for about 5 hours and the best time i got was about 58 minutes. i was on track for a 15 minutes run but i forgot to set spawn in the chamber

Shift + F3 brings up the debug pie chart, one of the things you can use that for is to see if a vault and spawner is in your render or in your field of view. So they know the chambers are somewhere down there, then from there you’ve just gotta get a bit lucky to dig down directly on it

Wow, insane luck for the first drop to be the heavy core. But, I believe that this record is beatable, several actions in this video wasted a lot of time which is significant for a speed run, the d*ath was a smart play, but overall this play could do better. Still, well done.
