My first heart break wrecked me to the core…I think I even went into some form of depression to and at some point I was convinced I would be a nun or something but deep down I desired to be a wife and raise a family with my husband. I’m so grateful for that heartbreak though,when I look back now. I learnt so much about myself and not to compromise on my standards no matter how fine a brother man is 💁🏾♀️
Those inflatable mattresses bring back so many memories of sleepovers with my cousins way back in the day during school holidays 🥹🥹
Food is life, I definitely function better when I am fed 😂😂😂

I was feeling so sorry for you, till I got to the part where you said you contemplated being a nun 😹😹 then I just lost it! I don't think one knows heartbreak until they start to prefer being single for good!
And, I definitely agree on the lessons bit! Once you get over that first heartbreak, you learn to stand your ground and just keep it moving if you don't find what you want. Eventually, you just meet the right person and it's all worth it.
My little sister was so excited to sleep on an inflatable mattress!!!! She thought it was cool to sleep on a bouncing castle, and kept jumping on it 😩😩😩 Kids today!!

Taught me to be more selective with my guy friends. If I wouldn't wish him on my friends or myself then it's best that we aren't friends like that because these things sometimes evolve. My first heartbreak was with my first love. I held on for so long and it just kept hurting more and more until I realised that love is not enough. But I also learnt my toxic side and what I want out of a romantic relationship so grateful for that!
But also my two cents on people who always threaten to breakup, it feels manipulative and passive aggressive because you have an issue and instead of being an adult and saying, "Let's have this difficult conversation," you want your partner to turn into FBI, CNN, Al Jezeera to solve YOUR problems. It's you with the issue, speak up. I think it's very destructive and I agree with your husband, walk away because I cannot be threatened every other day mu relationship ka! It's very problematic. I think the make up products thing depends mainly on your budget. The budget you have will probably determine which brands you buy. There’s a brand for every budget. Just don’t buy counterfeits because that is the quickest way to transference.
But the next step to ensure your make up stays on and doesn’t transfer much is to use a really good setting spray. If you don’t use setting spray, even the most expensive make-up won’t give you exactly what you want. So, invest in a good setting spray. Lots of brands for various price points are on the market. Setting spray is just that ka finishing move! Your make up will look so much better, especially if you use a primer before applying your make-up.

😹😹😹 for mine, I think I tried to take Panado tablets!!!!!! Then when that didn’t work, I just kept telling myself I’d meet someone better. Eventually just channeled all my frustration into taking some online courses or something like that. It definitely helped.
