Had a dark green 68 Charger R/T 440, four speed. Same interior. Sounded like yours, went fast as he'll in a straight line, never try to turn one. My 69 Charger 383 auto 727 was the same way. My 1970 Challenger R/T Convertible with build plate of JRS was a different kind of drive. 383 auto. Factory air and 8 track on the dash. In a convertible. .. from the factory

I would rather a cracked old steering wheel to take me back the the 70s era and make me feel I’m in a time machine. Same with the wheels. I prefer period correct. I have an old station wagon 1964. It’s old and original and I appreciate the time machine effect. But that’s just me. Cars are a form of self expression. That’s the beauty of cars.
