Yeah, I think it was during the break up of WOT5. It’s just my assumption because back then a lot of hate comments coming towards him and most of it talk bad things just like how the lyrics are said. He’s already had a lot of secret haters since SSK2 and become a leader of Winner makes him more less favorable and got a lot more hate because of nonsensical reasons. Most of them were blaming him for crazy things that it’s not even on his responsibility. Then after that, literally Seungyoon was the most quiet and like didn’t want to make any comments about everything what Namtae was said at the media and interviews. But then KimGuRa brings his answer during off cam into the actual show on Radio Star and once again the haters back to get his nervers though thankfully after that the media started to not asking them about Namtae again because at least one thing has been cleared up about the original reason for Namtae’s departure wasn’t related personally with Seungyoon at all.

It's basically a breakup song. So the Korean title of this song is 싹 (ssak) and he says it in the song as 싹다 (ssak da) which basically means completely. So I think this song is like erasing the memories 'completely' that he's the bad one and when he says "you deserve it" I think he's telling himself that. Anyways, the song is a sad breakup song. 😄
