I know this person, and he is the most foolish person I’ve ever met. He argues online with people who have different opinions but often targets the wrong person - like me, the victim here. He even came to my workplace to cause trouble. After living in the U.S. for 30 years, he still doesn’t understand what freedom of speech is. Someone like him shouldn’t be allowed to stay in the U.S.

I personally have a friend that came here from Morocco. He followed all the rules. He was the kindest person you'd meet. Long story short, 10 years after he came here legally under a work permit and actually never missed a day's work, obeyed the law's, etc. and was jacked around by lawyers and the immigration office. Everything was a waste of money and time and they denied him citizenship. Though he was a Muslim he was afraid to go back to Morocco but he did. He didn't break the law and stay here. He didn't immigrate here. He showed up for vacation and never left. People need to learn not to do this. Easiest country in the world to immigrate to and he isn't responsible enough to do it. Says a lot about him.

If he is legal and did everything right he should have nothing to worry about. If he was complacent, made mistakes or committed crimes all bets should be off.

As unfortunate as it is, He Knowingly illegally entered the country and Knowingly continue to live and work in the country. If He is deported, his family can voluntarily leave with Him as per Tom Holman’s directive. Let this be a lesson learned for future would be illegal border crossers.

Judge Evans in Cleveland denied my waiver back in 2009. In 2011, I was detained by ice for almost 3 months. With the help of friends and family and congressman Marcy Kaptur . fortunately I was released under the order of supervision. I have been checkin with ice since 2011.

Was the mother legal when she came to America and sponsored him when he was 17? He overstayed B2 visa. Been in America over 30 years. Received constant work visas, over the years. Where is the wife? Where is the mother? Why could he not apply for citizenship after 10 years of his arrival? Why has he not applied for citizenship since then? If any of the children or his wife are citizens can they not apply for him as sponsor for his citizenship? Something is murky. Video said he is "now married to an American." So what happened to first wife? Lawyer will need to iron out his case. But best to be prepared, just in case.

I came with a b2 visa. wife is American,I am eligible for a green card , Instead of getting my green card , Judge Evans decided I did not deserve forgiveness for lying in my asylum back in 1995 and ordered me deport back to China. i got lockup back in 2011 and was released under supervision from ice ever since 2011. I was allowed to stay and work. I hope I can stay

I am a legal immigrant. I started paying taxes when I was a foreign student in grad school. I wasn’t thinking about to become a U S citizen back then. Obey the law, follow the law. Everyone came here for a better life for their family. Citizenship is not granted but earned if you were not born here. However, if you entered the country illegally you have to get back in line like all the legal immigrants did. Doesn’t matter how long you have been here illegally.

ANY OTHER country would kick him out. You stayed here ILLEGALLY, you BROKE the law to do so, then you must pay the consequences. Your children go with you, as all children should go with their parents if they are minors wherever YOU go.

There is no statute of limitations on his crime. Lots of people commit crimes and get caught 30 years later. We don't just "forget about it" because of time. He had plenty of time to correct his situation but didn't.
