I found a YT channel, Nizarana Diaries which is like a Say Yes to the Dress for Indian Wedding outfits. It’s filmed in a retail store by the same name in New Jersey They often show the price of a Lehenga. The lowest I’ve seen was around 2K. The most expensive I’ve seen was almost 9K. The outfits are spectacular and the show is really fun to watch. I’ve binged on 5 seasons and am now rewatching.

After watching a few of these, they feel so scripted. I do like the outfits. But there's no real surprises. It's always, the first is si so, the second is great, and the third is the dress.
The addition of the embroidered names was so heartfelt and special for the bride and her mom! It was beautiful before, but the personalization made it spectacular!❤️

So we now know that the show is scripted and the dress is chosen far in advance, otherwise there would not have been time to embroider the names on that piece. It really doesn't take away anything from the show. It's still fun to see the different dresses.
The 2nd dress was super cute and fun, but that 3rd dress was stunning!
