    I like the curtains. I might be able to convince Kimble now after seeing yours. Also, loved the "966 toys" comment to Buzz. He is a cutie

    I’m going to get a pop socket door knob. Smart, cheap solution! Thanks for the tour.

    I hate you guys soo much that your having a good time and enjoying everything that life has blessed you two with. This is coming from a LA boy that would love to and be in that position hopefully soon. Blessings and good travels. 👍🏽

    Y'all think you have storage issues. I would love to have half the storage you do in my TT. Unfortunately I find my CCC is low for the space I do have and we've had to purge twice. Been giving creative ways to reduce unnecessary weight, like removing Barn doors and swapping the folding table base for cafe legs.

    • @TheCampoholics
      @TheCampoholics  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep, alway searching for ways to drop weight. The window boxes were a little heavy, all wood.

      @@TheCampoholics Those may be next, depending on whether I can find a good way to remount my window shades.

    I installed collapsible fabric baskets on smart track where you have the cargo net and above the w/d . They stay put while traveling and remove easily. Love the rear door alarm and mooryde stair handle.

      Also love the cabinet on the garage wall

    • @TheCampoholics
      @TheCampoholics  ปีที่แล้ว

      OK I'll look into that. Thanks for the tip!

      @@TheCampoholics I bought the baskets and track at Lowes.
      I would add a pic, but I'm not smart enough to do it

    You could add some storage (boxes) suspended under the happy jack bed. Let the bed in the down position rest on them. Just an idea. 🤷‍♂️

    Nice! Y'all must have a ton of cargo capacity to have fbp, dual pane windows and a smart car in the garage. We have fbp and dual pane windows, and our cargo capacity is garbage
    The weight of just the car exceeds our cargo capacity! Really nice set up you have. Love the curtains! We're 2.5 years full time and were still figuring stuff out too! Maybe we'll see you on the road someday!

    • @TheCampoholics
      @TheCampoholics  ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow, 2.5 years also! We have friends with a 399 and they put a Smart Car in the garage. We attend a lot of Grand Design Rallies so maybe we will see you at one of them. Safe travels! #gdrf4life

    We love the Floorplan of this one but it doesn't have much basement storage.

    • @TheCampoholics
      @TheCampoholics  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is not built on a drop frame so basement storage is an issue.

    One more question-can you share the process or company you used to remove the carpet and replace with the matching linoleum?

    • @TheCampoholics
      @TheCampoholics  ปีที่แล้ว

      Grand Design has it in stock and you can order as a part, you must order it through your dealer though.

      Hello Andre, it was done here in South Central Florida. There is a contractor in South Jersey but I cant recall the name.

      It's across the entire 5th wheel industry. You only hear about Grand Design because the brand is #2 on social media next to Air Stream.
