Not for nothing, we was doing the hand wave, finger point, and the superman (the balerina) on big bikes (motorcycles) in NYC in the early 90's..... Buke - Buccaneers & Big Shots
Kudos to Tom Sweets... He is definitely one of the G.O.A.T.s. with Wink 1100, AL Capone, Fabion, etc. A lil side note: Sweets was known as Tom Sweets until I started calling him Sweet Elite... Then everyone chimed in and the name stuck.
Being from the south I remember getting Wink1100 dvd from the pawn shop in like 03/04 and was blown away, I grew up on Motocross and that dvd blew my mind. These stories are so necessary for the culture.
What y'all doing is great so much history learned I love hearing the story's and the foundation laid down for the culture I see most of not all the interviews love it. what's up with a Wayne interview or shea !!!!!
My brother sweet elite represented Harlem very well. At the end of the day people are riding dirt bikes and stunting all over the world. It’s a lifestyle and not a game.
I believe I remember him . But also I don’t like to talk about my D boy pass to much but I know for me and my crew in the BX we where riding everywhere and everything in the 80’s and I use to get $ in bmore back then as well. I remember use bringing bikes to bmore because it was safer to deliver back then yes I’m telling my age but I was born into this so most of everything I see I was there and I knew who started what in nyc plus (when I saw in 87 maybe 89 when my crew went to bmore with bikes so you already know RR4Life salute and Respect all riders everywhere 💯
We as a people have been doing the same thing across the country when it comes to bikes and the culture I’m pretty sure if we talk to anyone in every city across America they can tell you how far they started riding too in from BK and I’ve been riding anything and everything we got our hands on bike wise since I was 7 I’m 56 now and facts these cats couldn’t do what was done back in the day as fast as they doing it now no question it’s easier to ride these newer bikes instead of an old one
