I main support, and I'm not the type that's hyper aware of the movements and aiming of my allies...my focus is on keeping them alive. Of course if you know someone is cheating, you should let them get rolled, but it's not always obvious.
The smartest thing devs have done in the past is try convince people that they have an anti cheat and that they use it to ban people. This guy bought the cheapest program be could find. It is not slick or subltle. If this guy ever gets banned, it's not because some cheater program found him because he would already be banned if such a thing existed.

I like how people get triggered about pocketing when In European server it's absolutely normal to support the cheater, pocket him, res him. When you are voicing that it's a cheater on another team they are saying "no, he is just better", altough it's obvious :D. Of course, not always, but mostly that is the case.
i dont think its a kid, i mean, i tried looking for cheats to see how easy it is to find them, and i only found paid ones, so a kid wouldnt be able to get them unless they steal their parents credit card and then getting their ass whoopped for it
Honestly if the whole enemy team says he’s hacking and people still heal him to win, they should receive warnings or temp bans for 24h for supporting cheaters
Back in the day there were Rein cheats that pixel perfect either blocked shatter/pulse/sleep/hack with shield or who aim for the body while hitting every swing through perfect swing techs. Even projectile aimbots with firestrike
Yeah that Kiriko definitely should get a temp suspension for this imo. Mercy did heal DVa a little bit but wasn't pocketing her like Kiriko was, and a lot of that could be attributed to support muscle memory. DVa was also never res'd. Kiriko meanwhile suzu'd, kitsune, and spammed heals into DVa at key moments where DVa would have otherwise died. Mercy definitely shouldn't have been helping the tank at all but it doesn't look like she was going out of her way to do so like the Kiri was. Though if anyone was actually grouped with this cheater, then I think they should just be banned outright.

@@Nahgahad that happen to me with a hanzo cheating on the enemy team, i knew he was cheating bc i rolled him the previous match as tracer, dude ended 3-15 or smth like that, and then the next game he starts rolling against me as Phara? a silver 4 hanzo? yea no way. at minute 2:02 he makes a flick against the wall behind him aiming at the head of his own teammate, at the end of the match he makes an insane flick headshot to my tracer and can, somehow aim against my echo/phara while on the previous match he couldnt kill a standing Ana. And thing is, he got potg and it looked normal, the dude knew how to act normal so he wouldnt be caught that easily which means he's very used to cheating

I have seen an in-game ban once, and that was in Overwatch 1. The game ended automatically and the message said that someone was cheating and terminated the match (something to that effect).
Perhaps this is a cheat maker testing out their latest code? Hard to figure out why someone who's this oblivious would pay for such obvious cheats unless they're testing out the software.
Hot take, shouldnt discount wanting to win in quickplay. Its more important to win for a lot of people cause you need the like 140 wins to unlock all characters to go to even go to comp with all options. not to even mention QP is THE game for a lot of people

Then I get team mates who are like oh I'm not good at widow and I say that's all good that's what quick plays for then we get the sweaty enemy team know to man

There is no anticheat in OW if it doesn't detect that
they ban in waves so that hackers don’t create cheats that can easily bypass the anti cheat
