All you really need to know is that your entire gameplan revolves around landing your Blood Art and that Spears' main sellingpoint is its strong turn-around punish game, which this video didn't really demonstrate well. Learning to aim Crescendo and when to use it will get you really far. Using it recklessly will get you in trouble. Learning to store your glide and extending your jump will help in certain situations too but is hardly essential (Minarie did a video on it I think, along with other tricks, if you are curious).

U can get them from dlc mission swamp of something.Crystal 27 is what u need make those monster is very strong so might want get a good build first.
