There's too many big dogs on this team (good problem to have). Moore, Kmet, Allen and Rome being the rookie not surprising he's a fourth option. That being said I like to see him get at least 7 or more targets every game.
Look at what Shayne did with a Rookie JSN, Rome won’t be utilized nearly as much as everyone hopes he will because of Waldron he’s shown no knowledge of how to scheme some of these guys open especially not the 3rd WR when their read comes across the field.
