@@WhereTheGnomesLive I used bounty, :( I watched a different one of your videos later and heard you say not too. I ended up coating it in wood filler to cover the texture of the paper towel. (I even seperated the layers) Bounty means business! ;)

Will one-ply paper towels work okay or should I only use two-ply?
for sure.. if they are too thin to work with, paint the glue on the surface, lay the paper over top then lightly paint the glue over the paper.

i would have to build stairs like you have no skills with building with wood either
