Hi Vanya, I like your vlogs especially the morning routine. Can you please tell me that do you take bath before mantra jap and again after your yoga session? I do exercise first then do pooja n all after taking bath, but my pooja time gets delayed. I want to do pooja and jaap early in the morning, but due to exercise i get sweaty then i bath. Please let me know.❤
I take bath and then do Mala jaap, meditation and yoga.. Actually I dont sweat that much so i hardly feel like taking bath again and also the hatha yoga flow which i practice is not more like cardio, it does not involves lots of jumping/cardio, its more of internal organs exercise so it does not make you sweat that much 😀 and during summers or any other hot/humid day I take bath again after yoga 😀
