Thank you for the positivity but your presentation smells fishy. I don't know where you get your data from but the population of Lithuania is not 2.69 mln. According to the official Lithuanian government stats portal the population of Lithuania in the beginning of 2022 was 2.86 and the tendency is to grow. Actually it never was 2.69 as you claim. The lowest population was in 2020 and it still was 2.795 mln. Ingrida Šimonytė is Prime Minister which is not a head of state, head of state in Lithuania is the President. So I am skeptical about your other stats as well. And by the way, find next time the actual footage from Lithuania - we don't have mountains (unfortunately).
